IDTF guidelines and authorities:
IDTF units must follow all laws put in place by the Geneva Conventions. IDTF units must always limit civilian casualties to the minimal required amount. In the event of urban combat in a hostile environment Fire stations, hospitals and disaster response buildings should always be spared, this rule also applies to vehicles from these areas.
IDTF units have the authority to commender any vehicle. IDTF units have the authority to command as many units as they see fit as long as the general in command gives them an all clear.
Violation of the rules listed and others noted in the IDTF handbook will result in the offender(s) being detained.
