Location: NO convoy, Reality Charlie 33, before Salem's death

Charlie 33, is hell, not in a metaphorical sense, it is legitimately the hell displayed in many religions. Some call it the underworld, the netherworld, Tartarus, hades, and more. NO forces have used it twice already, the first to generate new landscapes on Earth, and another time to revert the world and stop WW3. The process of this is similar to a genie, where you get 3 wishes and they come true. 

The downside is you have to specify all the details. NO forces found a way around this by being as specific as possible, the procedure is to write at least 3 full pages and merge them into a packet. From there you ask for everything in the packet to become true. The packet door the land extension detailed exact terrain heights, river locations, and where the oceans were. They also specified how the climate of parts of the landmass would function. The only thing they left to be random was resources but even then they asked for a minimum amount of raw material. They also asked for the region to be filled with wildlife similar to that of the northeastern US. The lack of specification there allowed some folk tales to be included about immortal dogs and ghosts, none of which were major concerns.

For the resetting many things were left out considering NO forces had abandoned the reality. They just asked for stuff to be fixed and go back to pre nuclear war, and for a letter to appear detailing how the war would start with instructions on how to stop it. That all happened but it left a large number of loop holes, reality didn't enjoy being torn apart and stitched together so the vagueness allowed for freak disasters and bursts of radiation across the world to occur. Isla Numblar was an example of these freak disasters. Luckily with time the rate of disasters slowed down.

What is the third wish though? A ring that if anyone shakes the person wearing it whatever they agreed on is forced to be true. It also specified that gloves being worn over or under the ring would not be a deterrent to the effect. Now if we remember back to the fight with Salem she shook the hand of the Overseer after agreeing not to use magic. The Overseer had the ring on under his armored glove so Salem was forced to not use magic. Now the process to get this thing is dangerous, because hell isn't welcoming to humans.

Two MRAPs and an APC drove across the ground with an LAV as escort, their MG gunners were pointing the 50 cals into the sky. The APC's 20mm gun was not raised but if they needed to use it they could within seconds. In the APC sat a few soldiers and a high ranked RCM agent. Around them were some buildings with what seemed to be normal people walking outside.

Sergeant: ETA?

Driver: 5 mikes.

Soldier: Agent, Nedeli right?

Nedeli: Yes, what do you need?

Soldier: Is there anything we should know about the operation? Like why the hell are we driving in such an armored convoy?

Nedeli: 1, check the briefings and you won't need to ask. 2, those are demons, we are in hell.

Soldier: If this is hell then I am becoming a fucking Satanist.

Soldier 2: Drew, they fucking eat humans here. It is a delicacy for the rich.

Drew: Damn Algonquin, I repeal my previous statement. Also that is a good reason to be in the APC.

Algonquin: Why didn't we go by air though? Surely that would be faster and safer than staying on the ground in demonville.

Nedeli: These bastards can fly, helicopters don't have enough armor to block them.

Gunner: Holy Jesus, what the fuck is going on up ahead?

Nedeli stood up and went over to the gunner. He looked at the camera feed from the turret and spotted a few demons, probably 2, around a much shorter male that appeared human.

Nedeli: Stop the convoy, gear the fuck us people!

The vehicles stopped and the gunners aimed at rooftops while soldiers exited their vehicles. Six soldiers went with Nedeli towards the human. They were scared shitless because to even get out of the trucks risked death but they needed to figure out who was ahead of them. When they got close the three looked at the armored men and they raised their rifles.

Nedeli: Halt, all of you 6 feet apart.

The human was clearly scared and the demons didn't know what they were looking at. The human told them to spread out and listen to the soldiers. Nedeli then pointed at the human.

Nedeli: You, approach me slowly. Everyone else stay in place.

The human moved forwards and soldiers got between him and the demons, they moved back towards the vehicles while the demons stood at gunpoint. Confident that the demons weren't going to try anything Nedeli went back to the convoy. The four got into the APC and the crew shut the doors.

Nedeli: Are you human?

Human: I... uh... no?

Nedeli: Really? Because we wont hurt you if you are. I am agent Nedeli, New Orderian Intelligence Division. I was sent by my government to arrange a deal with a demon.

Human: So are you humans?

Nedeli: Did the lack of horns and tails give it away? Or was it the fact we are putting as much armor between us and demons as possible? Yes you fucking moron, we are human.

Nedeli proceeded to interrogate the human and eventually learned they were heading to the same place. The odd human was given a ride back in the APC with the two demons being confused about it. While they drove Nedeli ordered the rear vehicle to aim it's 50 cal backwards to prevent an attack from the two demons.

Eventually the convoy reached the target, a large structure similar to a mansion but with features of a castle. The gate opened and the convoy stopped. Soldiers exited and turned to guard the rear while Nedeli got out with his escort. Procedure was to get what they wanted and leave, they had already been delayed by the discovery of a human. Nedeli rushed through the bartering after reviewing the documents to make sure no visible loop holes were apparent and to guarantee no traitor hid something in the document.

Nedeli: That is all. Load up, we are oscar mike!

The soldiers got on their vehicles and drove to get back to the GATE with the ring. To make sure their plan would work the deal did say the ring was invincible and would be able to fit to someone's hand and be safely removed without loss of any skin, blood, flesh, hair, or bone. It also said that the ring would not slide off freely. Now the convoy still had to be careful because the ring could be lost and never found. It was important to not misplace or loose the ring if Hand of God was to succeed.

Radio: Contact!

The rear MRAP's MG opened fire into the warped trees that lined the path. It's underside was already covered in scorch marks from an explosion. Because of the design of the MRAP the personnel inside were perfectly fine, albeit shaken up, and the vehicle was still functional. The APC's turret rotated towards the source of the attack and opened fire with  it's 20mm gun. The convoy also accelerated lot evade the enemy.

The LAV at the front was tasked with clearing a path, which would be dangerous considering it's less armored design. If the LAV(which to reiterate is similar to a humvee) was hit with a blast like what attacked the MRAP it would flip and everyone inside would be killed. The solution was to kill anything that got in the way. Machine guns fired as the convoy got away from the threat and reached an NO research station. Soldiers ran out of the barbed wire fences and made a defensive line behind concrete barriers. 

It was determined after half an hour that there was no threat and operations returned to normal. Nedeli delivered the ring and a report of the existence of at least one human to his superiors. NO high command would put off dealing with the human for a while and used the ring to kill off Salem.
