While everyone was still hyped from the first round the sound of the gong sounded again, announcing the start of the second round.
The first round would be Yu Ling vs Hong Mei vs Hua Ling, the winner would be the first ranker while the losers would have a third match to determine the second and third-ranked. Right after that Feng Chen vs Mo Ling vs lady Shan Shou, the winner would automatically be the fourth-ranked, same as the first the losers would have another match to determine the fifth and sixth rankers respectively.
In the first round, Hong Mei wins against Yu Ling and Hua Ling, then Yu Ling lost against Hua Ling. The black mask holder ranking was finally finalized before dinner.
Hong Mei ranks as the first black mask holder, Mo Ling second, Hua Ling third, lady Shan Shou fourth, Yu Ling fifth, and Feng Chen sixth. Mo Ling was the winner of the losers in the first round so she was eligible to challenge the losers of the winners in the first round. This rule is also applied to Yu Ling so he has the fourth match with lady Shan Shou.
Lady Shan Shou prove herself over and over again so she gained the acknowledgment of many practitioners.
Just right after the black mask holder's ranking tournament Yu Yue finally drop the bomb. This time it's more like a confirmation of the rumors spreading in the entire hundred flower city.

The punishment for those traitors is absolute death, I won't tolerate betrayal. If you aren't willing to do so then you can leave the city, I just want to protect this city I hope you all would do so as well with me" she said solemnly, her voice powerful and resonating.
