Y/N's POV, Early 1989

Being with Nikki Sixx is a dream, I'm in a position that so many women would die to be in, and I know how lucky I am to be with a man like Nikki... but the only problem is I'm eleven years younger than him.

I'm twenty, he's thirty one... it's an age gap I tolerate because I love him and it's a gap that doesn't seem to bother him in the slightest, but it's tough because I was practically a kid compared to him, it's difficult to go out with him knowing in the eyes of many I'm not even an adult yet, hell, I can't legally drink for heaven sake, luckily that doesn't have to be a point of humiliation for me as Nikki isn't drinking due to his sobriety.

We met last year, weeks after he was released from rehab, basically, I'd been out on a date with my boyfriend that night, a date in which he broke up with me on... he said he'd been seeing another girl for a couple of weeks and decided he'd rather be with her than me, yeah, dick move I know.

I was so pissed at him I got up and stormed out of the restaurant he's taken me to, gone outside with my then boyfriend on my tail telling me to wait and that he wanted to end things amicably but I then started yelling at him which in return caused him to yell back at me, it was a shit storm of the finest degree and got us attention from passers by, one of those passers by being Nikki.

He, unlike the rest, didn't just walk past the commotion, he came over and asked if everything was okay, my boyfriend recognised Nikki immediately and told him that there was no problem, but I told Nikki the truth seems as I also recognised Nikki but wasn't as into their music as my boyfriend had been, so I told Nikki the truth as a way to humiliate my boyfriend in front of one of his idols.

Nikki resolved the situation by giving my ex a talk on how to respect and treat a woman before telling him to get the fuck out of there- my boyfriend did as Nik had asked and that's the last I saw of him.

Once I was left alone with Nikki, I thanked him for intervening and he offered me a cigarette, I accepted it and then be invited me to talk with him so seems as if stormed out of the restaurant in the middle of a meal, I decided to take Nikki into the restaurant so we could talk there, we got to know each other over food and glasses of water, it was a nice night, so much so that Nik gave me his number and even dropped me back at my apartment and the rest is history.

When Nikki first found out the age gap between us, he was a little taken aback because I do look older than I am but it was never enough for him to stop what at that point was growing between us.

We'd been together now for about seven months and known each other almost eight, they'd been the best months of my life, I'd never felt as loved as I had done with Nikki Sixx.

At this exact moment in time I was at Nikki's place, it was 7am and I was sat downstairs with a cup of coffee reading through a magazine I brought yesterday... I'd woken up an hour ago and couldn't drift back off so I wrapped myself in a robe and came down here, leaving Nikki asleep upstairs.

I'd picked up this magazine when I went out yesterday for some milk, as he'd ran out and Nikki was too much of a lazy fuck to drag his ass off his couch to go and get it so literally called me to get him some and while I was out I saw this magazine with Nikki and I plastered on the front of it with the text 'Nikki Sixx seen sporting new fancy over the last few months, here's all we know about the Mötley Crüe bassist and his girlfriend, eleven years younger!'
