Y/n's pov.   

" Ow "

" Don't move " mom said then continue to apply the essential oil on my ear with the cotton stick.

I press my lips together and wince when she applies a little aggressively, I hug my legs when a ginger chip is in front of me held by grampa, I take a bite of it as the spiciness spread around my mouth.

We're out of the woods now, we've been there for a week and the dragon flew away once we took off the muzzle, and now we're back, I had an earful of pinches from mom, during the commission and also now.

" Oh dear, you don't have to be so harsh with her " I see the old lady in her wheelchair, making her way here.

She has grey white hair and E/c eyes.

" She needed a lesson ma, and a good one so she'll remember them, dad used to pull my ears, so I'm not going to leave my children out of it, if I get my ears pulled, so will they " mom said, I pout and hiss in pain.

" She'll loose an ear if you keep pulling them too hard " grams then pass me a glass of water.

I take a sip then set it down on the table beside me. I hiss in pain again when mom applies it even rougher, gripping my own arms tightly to how the stinging sensation is very painful.

" M/n " dad grabs her wrist and she scoff putting down the cotton stick on the tray.

" I think she has enough of your bad temper "

" Bad temper?! " Mom stands and dad gives her a look that made her realize what she just did.

She palms her face and groan.

" Cool off dear, you had a rough few days " grams said.

" Fine, I'll be back when dinner's ready " she puts down her hand then walk away mumbling to herself in anger.

" Wall " grampa said and before mom could stop walking she crashed onto the wall.

" Whoa! " At the same time a girl walked out of the corner startled by the thud.

" Mom, are you– "

" I'm fine! " She got startled again and mom walk pass her turning a corner.

She looks at us with her light blue eyes while her jet black hair is straight and resting on her shoulder and the Aquarius symbol on her shoulder armor which hasn't been taken off.

" What happened? " She asked.

" This is what happened! " I point to both my red ears with a pout, she just hum.

" Not surprised " she said then walk over to the wall where's there's three swords hanging, I scoff.

She grabs the one with the Aquarius symbol.

" Your going out? " Grampa asked.

" We have a training session at the peak of Rimstone mountain after nightfall, since it's windy today, the general thought it would be fitting for a session " she said and swing the sword in a circle swiftly and not going to lie, it was cool to the trick she did.

She then sheathe it behind her.

" Don't worry, I'll be back before daylight " she said.

" The entire night?, Ellis you'll be exhausted " grams said.

" It's alright, Viktor might be fearsome but he takes good care of his comrades " dad said.

" At the peak of Rimstone mountain " I mutter out loud.
