Y/n's pov.  

" I had a feeling he'd assign you to this " I said.

Delilah turns her head to me with a smirk on her face, we're both riding our horse down this path with two zodiac palace guards.

" I haven't been to a mission from other clans before, you? " She asked, I shake my head.

" Nope, I don't even know what the Cancer clan does " I said.

" Isn't Austin a Cancer? " She asked.

" Yeah, but he doesn't talk much about his job, it's usually just him complaining about how boring it is in the palace but then when he gets into a mission, he complains how the Cancer clan heir is not falling for his charm " I said, she snickers.

" That's Austin " she said, I hum in agreement.

" Anyways, Ophelia mentioned involving children, took me a few tries to convince gramps to assign me to the mission " I said.

" Oh, explains the red ears " she said, I turn away and pout covering them with my hands.

" My efforts are worth it " I said then hold my horse rein, she snickers.

" Was it? " She raises a brow.

" Yes " I said and we continue to follow the guards leading us.

We start to approach this base camp and I look around to see a lot of Cancer pupils walking around. Most of them are armed, a few has some kind of harness on their waist and chest. We got off our horses and I immediately make my way to my brother who's talking to Cathleen, she seems to notices me.

" Y/n!, Your here! " She squeals and I open my arms as she embraces me.

I hug her back then we pull apart.

" I'm so excited your the Pisces they sent! " She smiles brightly.

" I don't think I'm that exciting " I said, she chuckles.

" Of course you are, don't be ridiculous " she then turn to Austin.

" You see that dog face?, Quality! " She gestures to my face.

" Your comparing my own sister with me? " He looks at me in disgust.

" What's going on? " I asked.

" Austin's flirting, and he said he's so charming that I'll soon fall in love with the quality of his perfect face " she folds her arms across her chest.

I snort.

" Don't laugh!, You know it's true " he squint his eyes to me.

" Yeah, very charming for someone who's afraid of a squirrel! " I burst out laughing and cover my mouth as I laugh.

Cathleen ended up joining me.

" They have sharp claws! " He exclaims.

" Uh-huh yeah " I calm down as I walk away and Cathleen follows.

" So, I see your assigned to this mission that everyone's been talking about " I said and enter a tent which has the Pisces symbol by the entrance.

" It's a serious one, that's why you Pisces clans are requested, we don't know if someone's going to get hurt " she said, I hum in response.

" Let's hope not " I said and approach the table where our medical supplies has been moved here already.

" So what is the mission? " I look over to shoulder to see Delilah entering the tent.

I start organizing the table.

" I heard it involves kids, I don't really know what you Cancer clans do " Delilah said.
