Y/n's pov.   

I place my hand behind my head where I feel my hairpin weapon in my hair styled nicely, I've practiced it a hundred times on how to take it out swiftly like my dagger. Putting my hand down as I step out of the shadow and my boots walk on the sand, leaving my prints behind while approaching the four pirates by the shore.

" Captain Roanne " I called out and notice the man with dirty blond hair and orange topaz eyes smiles with his hand on one hip where his sword is.

With the pirate hat he has on, he's definitely the captain.

" I received your letter " I hold out the envelope.

I'll be honest, I'm sweating a little under this armor and slightly shaking in my knees but I kept it together.

" My, my. . . " He rubbed his chin with a slight smirky smile.

His eyes travelled up and down my body while I stand a few feet away from him and his mates.

" The rumors weren't lying about the Pisces being a magnificent beauty " he said as he walks around me.

I stand still with one hand holding my backpack's strap.

" But now that I see it for myself. . . "

I got slightly startled when he leaned towards me, so I just stare at him with no hesitation.

" Your not exactly as beautiful as the Madelaina " he smiles.

" Was that supposed to be an insult? " I asked.

He chuckles then back away.

" Apologies, where are my manners, it's a pleasure to meet you, My Lady " he bows while taking off his hat then put it back up when he stood straight.

" I am here because your letter was written with urgency, where is my patient? " I asked.

" Tsk, tsk, tsk, don't get ahead of yourself now " he said as he walk back to his mates.

Seeing they all stare and watch my every movements, not a single glance to their captain.

" I need to know they didn't send a fake heir " he said.

" Excuse me? " I asked.

He snaps his finger and I watch as the woman grabbed one of his men and take out her sword. I gasp and cover my mouth when she slash him across his torso.

" What the hell?! " I turn to Roanne and he smirks.

" Now, heal him " he gesture his head.

" Are you crazy?! " I shove him away then rush to man and see he's bleeding out.

I just rip open his shirt to see the cut is not that deep but really huge, I take off my backpack and take out my medical supplies. I gasp again when a bloody blade was put up to my neck.

" Do you want me to save him or what?! " I asked.

" Heal him " she said.

I get what she's trying to imply and I look down where the guy is bleeding out and the sand is getting tainted with his blood.

" I only use it for serious emergencies– " my breathed hitched when she placed the bloody blade against my neck.

" Or I'll slice your neck open right here " she said.

I glare up at her green emerald eyes and she glares back at me while the wind blows her jet black hair behind her back even though it's braided down to her waist. I didn't say anything other than just feel my energy flowing through my body and from the reflection of her eyes you can see the glowing of my magic from my skin lighting up this dark night making it like a spotlight in the middle of this beach.
