Jin and Soobin went to the office like a normal day, as if nothing has happened, as advised by Taehyung. He didn't want suspicions to raise at Ken's end that Jin is already aware of his true motives and plans. With enough knowledge from Taehyung on what to do during emergencies, Jin and Soobin prepared themselves to face the worse if the circumstance has occurred. Therefore, after dropping Namjoon to the university, they went straight to the office to complete the day as usual.

Taehyung needed to leave that night to meet with his gang and discuss what happened. He knew he can be honest with Hitman Bang about the situation right now, and that he is the best person who could advise them what to do. Their boss, despite the illegal things they do, has been their provider since they were younger. Taehyung, Yoongi and Jungkook are always thankful of him and have always treated him as their older brother with high respect and appreciation. Though they needed to perform jobs that are risky and dangerous, they never felt that the gang leaves them alone to deal with it, and they always get what they deserve as part of their team. Hence, Taehyung expects that he could get the most help from Bangtan when he needs it the most.

As Jin and Soobin walk out of the elevator, they already found a distinct man sitting on the guests' lounge in front of Jin's office. He quickly stood up upon seeing Jin, lowkey glaring at Soobin.

"Ken?! What are you doing here so early?" Jin said, trying to remain calm though his head is suddenly being filled by scary thoughts about the man he once loved so dearly. He never expected Ken would have this side of him. He always thought of Ken as someone who's caring and sensitive, especially when it comes to him. Little to his knowledge what selfish love could do at the most desperate time.

"Hi Jin, good morning! Your staff let me in and told me I can wait here. My dad went out on a breakfast with your father. Do I need to schedule an appointment thru your assistant to invite you to one too?" Ken said as he stood up.

"No. It's fine. But I already had my breakfast, Ken. Maybe we can just have a morning tea in my office. Soobin, please push my scheduled meetings a bit later. Then please ask Chitti to bring us tea and cookies. Thank you." Jin then nodded at Ken to follow him inside his office.

As soon as the door closed to Jin's office, Soobin hurried to his table, opened his computer and pretended to be checking his emails. But he hurriedly texted Namjoon.
