"You did it again, JK!" Hobi came into the room, waving a magazine.
Jungkook turned to his friend and bandmate Hobi. "What are you talking about?"
Hobi handed him the magazine and pointed at page 21. "Look! Most wanted bachelor!""
Jin, who sat next to Jungkook, leaned forward. "Oh, that is one sexy pic, dude!" He rummaged Jungkook's hair playfully. "Our boy is a grown up now!"
"Stob it!" Jungkook warned, instantly making Jin laugh out loud as he recognized the reference to his own English.
Hearing the commotion, Namjoon walked in. "What's going on?"
Hobi grabbed the magazine from Jungkook's hands and gave it to him. "Our boy did it again!"
Namjoon smiled as he read the captions and raised his eyebrows when he noticed the picture they used of Jungkook. "This is a pretty daring picture, JK. Did you help make the choice for this one?"
Jungkook shook his head, as he stood up to watch the picture again. "But it's a good one, right?"
Namjoon didn't immediately reply. When they started their band, he was the one assigned to be the leader of the group which meant that he looked out for every band member and how the band's image was perceived. With this picture, which showed their youngest bandmate with a tight, see through shirt, he had to stop and think about what this would mean for not only Jungkook's but also the group's image.
But Namjoon also knew that the clothes they wore were picked by their staff and they had their best interests at heart as well. Deciding it would definitely stir up things for the fans and the haters, Namjoon would not make a big deal of it. it would be fine.
"You've definitely grown up nicely," he then said, reaching towards Jungkook's cheek to pinch it.
Yoongi appeared to Namjoon's right, looking at the picture that had caused enough commotion to get him to stop writing music and come see what the fuss was about. "Nice, JK," he said, winking, before leaving the room again.
Hobi's jaw dropped in played annoyance. "That's all you're going to say?" he asked, but Yoongi didn't bother replying. Hobi then turned back to Jungkook. "I think with three Most Wanted Bachelors in a row, and this new bad boy persona you've got going on, you'll have the women lying at your feet, JK," he said jokingly.
Jungkook looked at the tattoos on his arm and hand and slid his tongue against his lip ring, ready to object to that statement, but Tae beat him to the punch.
His friend wrapped his arm around his shoulder. "Ah, but that might just be a phase, because once he has that perfect girl in sight, I'm sure he'll go back to the shy, thoughtful and pretty boy we all know him to be," he said as he pinched Jungkook's side. "What was your perfect woman again? Skinny, athletic, a beautiful singing voice, brown eyes, and an older someone, a Noona. Perhaps even an ARMY. Right, Cookie?"
Jungkook's face flustered at the word ARMY. Sure, his fanbase had grown into a huge size, making him one of the most popular within the group, and sure, there had been some tremendously beautiful girls in the crowd during their concert last night, but could he see himself with a fan? He wasn't sure.
"Oohh, you're turned red! So, I must be telling the truth!" Tae cooed.
"Hey, enough!" Jungkook pushed Tae away and sat back down on the couch.
Tae pouted and followed Jin into the kitchen, leaving Jungkook alone.
Jungkook sighed. Right now, he could use some of the love his bandmate Jimin always gave. Yes, he could be playful and teasing, but when all the bandmates ganged up on him, Jimin was the one who calmed everyone down. He had Jungkook's back.
