Jungkook's breath faltered as he saw her.
She was wearing a grey flared jeans with a stripe of black lace along her thighs down to her ankles, revealing just a hint of skin underneath it. The ocean blue short sleeved blouse she wore on top had a heart shaped neckline and was longer at the back than the front. It hugged her chest tightly, the front ending just above her bare belly button. Her feet stood sunken into black sneakers with silver and blue laces.
Everything about her outfit screamed subtle sexiness to him.
She smiled as she noticed him, and quickly walked up to him. "Have you been waiting long?" she asked, as her hands reached up to rub her bare arms.
Instantly alarmed, he folded his arms around her, pulling her into a warm hug inside his coat. "Why aren't you wearing a jacket?"
"I forgot." Her voice sounded muffled against his chest.
He let her go, just enough so she could look up at him and whisper, "I'm okay though."
Feeling slightly flustered by his bold action, he pushed his embarrassment away and pulled her close again. She was cold. He could help her.
"Sehun should've said something to you, made you take a jacket." He looked at Sehun, who stood next to the car with a strange smirk on his face, shook his head and then pulled her along with him into the building.
As the warmth inside greeted them, he let her go out of his arms. His hand slid down her arm, ending with his fingers sliding in between hers. "Come," he said as he gently pulled her along through the corridors and into one of the rooms to the right.
Closing the door behind him, he took a deep breath as he looked at her. She didn't seem to realize the effect she had on him as she looked around the room curiously.
"So, this is the famous backstage?"
He smiled as she looked over her shoulder at him with playfully raised eyebrows.
"It's one of the rooms, yes. It's yours for tonight, so you're able to retreat here if things get too... hectic."
She looked at him questioningly and then her lips formed an 'o' as she realized what he meant. "Because I'll meet the guys tonight."
He nodded. "This room is yours and yours alone, so it's a guy-free zone."
She chuckled. "It's not, though."
Confused, Jungkook raised his eyebrows, but before he could ask, she pointed at him.
"You're here after all."
"I could leave?" he proposed, only partially serious.
She shook her head. "I don't want you to."
The frailty in her voice released a lot of butterflies inside Jungkook. His throat dried up, and he swallowed hard as he took a step closer. "I'm not going anywhere."
She blinked at his movement, looking up in his eyes. He loved the fact that she was smaller than him. Combined with the vulnerable look she gave him, it made him feel like he could protect her.
His mind went blank as his heart beat loudly against his chest. Caught up in the moment, he closed the distance between them. He raised his hands to her jaws and tilted his head as he bowed down to capture her lips with his.
As she answered his kiss, his heart rate spiked, giving him just enough boldness to lower one of his hands against her back and pull her against him. A surprised sound escaped her lips, but then she leaned into him. He felt her hands tug at the shirt underneath his coat, just above his waistline and it made him want her even more.
