59 〤 Doflamingo's proposal

It was now your turn to enter the arena, with Luffy cheering in the background, after talking with Cabbage and Rebecca and watching Luffy's round. You sighed before taking a position in the circle's corner.

Your gaze was drawn away from each of the competitors. They were big, not small like you. Your strength, on the other hand, could be the one that gets you out of here. You dodged the attacks with ease until a strand of your hair fell out, causing you to clutch your hat for protection from your red hair.

"You seem a little worried, boy. Why are you covering your head with your hair? You're not allowed to say it? Only one reason prevents you from saying it. That's because you're Morana D. Y/n, Lethal Shadow!" The man said as you jumped a few feet away from him, smirking.

"What if I am?" You asked, your eyes narrowed in his direction as you stood straight. As you let go of your fedora and dodged the swords that were handed to you, you became aware of his presence.

The fog lifted, and you came to a halt, wondering where he might have gone. Aside from that, you should exercise extreme caution because you don't want to be exposed like some airhead captain of yours did not long ago. Before you heard a voice, you saw several people fly out of the circle. "What?! What?! What's the matter?! How powerful! The competitors are blowing away like sheets of paper!"

You widened your eyes as a tower of numerous weapons passed by, all held in one hand by him. "Are those your junks?" You asked after taking a step back.

"Jell Ango is now facing Morana!"
"Fight me, Morana! I mean... Lethal Shadow Morana D. Y/n."

'There's nothing we can do if he already knows who you are." The parasite declared as his slimy form appeared beside you. "Then you'll pay for cutting a strand of my hair!" You yelled, slumping your shoulders. He threw the weapons at you before they hit the other competitors with that sentence.

"Thanks to you, I've made a lot of money in the last two years!" He smirked as he began a conversation with you while you ducked and smashed the weapons aimed at you. "I kidnapped dozens of inmates whom you and Straw Hat Luffy released from the great prison - Impel Down! I intend to apprehend each and every one of you fugitives!"

You eventually became bored with him as he spoke. Your parasite appeared briefly before being smacked in the face by a sword and then regenerating in a millisecond. "Damn! Why am I unable to get a land on her?!" He roared, firing even faster now. Once a form towered over you, he came to a halt.

When an old man bared his teeth and his eyes were red, an immense aura surrounded him, you blinked before turning to your back and sweatdropped. "That was excruciating!" He yelled, leaping forward and head-butting him in the stomach. "O-out of the ring! Jell the Bandit is no longer in the game! A single blow knocked him out! Meanwhile, something is happening between two equally matched competitors!"

As bombs erupted from the two competitors fighting hand to hand, the crowd cheered even louder than before. "Don't you think it's getting exciting, parasite?" You inquired, but he did not respond, and you were interrupted by none other than the elderly gentleman: "You can't get away now! Garp's grandchild! Lethal Shadow Y/n, make him pay for what he did to me! Your obnoxious grandfather robbed me of my entire fortune! He also took away my power as well as my fond memories of my youth!"

"Like I said, my captain and I have no idea what in tarnation you're talking about, so shut up!" You retorted, drawing your swords from their sheaths and pointing one at him. "It'll be too easy for Garp if I kill him! I'll show him how difficult it is to live with loss! Simply give up the fruit and die!" He twitched before fist-clenching.

Your captain and the others on the arena's roof were watching you. "How come they didn't put me in Block C?! Straw Hat Luffy, Lethal Shadow, Y/n! I should be the one who kills both of you!" Cabbage says, but your captain ignores him because his gaze was fixed on your figure before he spoke.
