Chapter 9 - Worried

Mikha's POV:

I woke up because of my grumbling tummy. Naalala ko na hindi nga pala ako nakasabay sa breakfast kanina. I grab my phone sa table to check the time. It's already 10:30 in the morning. 

I sat up and ngayon ko lang napansin na may kasama pala ako. She's sleeping sa kabilang sofa na naka side view at nakaharap sa akin. Kung ganito makikita ko sa paggising ko, baka kabahan ako dahil mukha siyang anghel na susunduin na ako papuntang heaven. At least I'll have a chance to see them.

I stood up and walk in front of her. I lower my back and propped my hands on my knees para makapantay ko siya. "Didn't know na totoo pala talaga si sleeping beauty."

Sobrang ganda niya. Kung lalapitan mo siya, makikita mong hindi pantay ang kilay nito. "Hahaha cute. Physical flaws but still looks perfect to me." I was shocked by the words coming out of my lips.

"Hayyy. You made me do the things the old "Mikha" did." I whispered to myself while my eyes were still glued to her.

After a couple of minutes of staring at her, I decided to call my secretary to bring food dito sa room ni Mommy. For sure, gutom na rin 'tong babaeng toh.

*Phone Call*

"Can you bring me food here sa L room, main building."

"Good morning, Head Master. What food will I bring po?"

"Anything na madadala mo, ako nalang ang pipili dito. Clean it nalang after." Sambit ko dito.

"Sige po Head Master." Sabi nito at pinatay ko na ang call.

*End of Phone Call*

After a few minutes, dumating na ang mga pagkain na ipinadala ko. The table was almost left with no blank space, but it's okay, para madaming choices. I went to the mini kitchen to get some plates and utensils. After getting the things we will use, may narealize ako and napatulala sa kasama ko.

"How will I wake you up?" I ask again to myself while staring at someone who's in deep, deep, deep slumber. "Hey, Arceta! Wake up." I tried with a careful tone but it didn't work. "Hey. Our food is ready, bangon ka na diyan." I tried again while softly tapping her cheeks but she's still not waking up.

"What should I do?" I surrendered , matching with a deep sigh while scratching the back of my head. I opened my phone again and searched on google 'how to wake up someone in a deep sleep?'.

While gathering some info on how to wake up a person, a light bulb popped out of my head that made me snatched my phone.

*Phone Call*

"Hey can I ask something?"

"Oh my gosh Mikhs! Nabalitaan ko nangyari kanina! Okay ka lang ba? May masakit ba sayo? 'Di ka raw pumasok? Saan ka ngayon. Sugurin na ba natin yon? Tara abangan natin sa kanto ng maisahan!"  Sunod-sunod na sabi nito.

"Siraulo! I'm fine Jho! Don't find me nalang 'cause it's obvious dahil nakaka-usap mo pa ako." Sabi ko dito dahil for sure kanina pa ito nagooverthink. "Just wanna ask something."
