Third person POV:
The sun's rays fill up the green plane grass. Swaying in the rhythm of the wind's blast.
Light blue sky that makes the view at peace. A place where no life lies cold on a shallow deep.
Every stone has a name. Every stone has a memory. A visit where only one person is awake, while the other is forever on break.
Walking across the field of green pigment. Stomping prints of feet, leading to someone who's asleep.
She walked near the tomb. Wiping the dust off to clearly see the name. Placing the tulips beside the stone. Just by seeing the name, she let out a bitter-sweet smile.
Aiah: “Everything happened so fast that it was more than a year ago when everything suddenly changed.” Pakikipag-usap nito habang nakatingin sa ibaba.
Hugging herself, brushing her hands on her shoulder down to her arms to lessen the cold she felt.
Aiah: “Thank you for everything. 'Di man tayo magkasama ngayon, pero I knew that you have a special place in my heart. Thank you for taking care of everything that involves me. And I promise to take care everything that you left for me.” She sighed. Sign of relief where her life is now at peace.
Everything is not about danger anymore. The fear of yesterday was all in the past. A new chapter opens granting Aiah the freedom she thought she could never had.
Aiah: “We're at peace now and I'm happy with what I have. I know you're guiding us somewhere, lalo na ako. Sorry for not visiting you often, I'm busy with everything you've left.” She said and looked up as if she's talking with someone. Smiling ear-to-ear.
Aiah: “'Pag nakahanap ako ng libreng oras, I'll introduce my jowa to you haa. Don't multo my jowa HAHAHAH. Maalaga at mapagmahal naman siya like you. I'm sure you'll like h—”
*RING RING RING...
In call......
She was interrupted by a ringtone. Breaking the peace, looking at the screen, Colet was calling.
Aiah: “Hey. Napatawag ka?” I asked her with a cold tone.
Colet: “Baliw! Maraming back-up na kaluluwa 'yan beh. Sobrang sikat and yaman kaya niyang si—”
Most of her friends are graduating kaya sobrang busy rin nila at hindi nagkakasabay-sabay ang schedule.
Colet: “Sorry talaga, Aiahkins. Nasabi rin ni Shee na death anniversary pala ni—”
Aiah: “Yes! And ni-isa sa inyo walang pumunta.” She said with an irritated tone. “Pero maiintindihan naman niya. Just do your thing.”
Colet: “Oh and.....Happy birthday, Aiah.” She said in a plain tone.
Is it because same date ang death anniversary niya ang birthday ko?” She asked kaya naman nahiya nalang ang nasa kabilang linya.
