Mikha's POV:
Sheena: "Oh Ate Mikhs why are you here?"
"Have you seen Aiah? She wasn’t in our last class." I asked, worry clear in my voice, catching my breath.
I’d been wandering all around JUF for a while now, searching for Aiah, but I just couldn’t find her anywhere.
Sheena: "Sabi niya 'di na raw siya sasabay sa amin pag-uwi. But ate Aiah doesn't cut class, that's always the last thing on her mind." She answered, but she was also curious why I'm in a hurry.
"Alright, I'll just check the CCTVs. Thank you!" I said, leaving the performing dance room.
Third person POV:
Mikha had already left, leaving Sheena puzzled.
Sheena: "May access siya sa CCTV? Eh diba SSC and faculty lang pwede dun? Hmmm nevermind." she muttered to herself.
Dance Club President: "Let’s go, Sheena. Tapos na water break." She commands, telling Sheena to join the practice.

It was finally dismissal time, and the halls of JUF were slowly emptying as students began to head home. Mikha, however, had no intention of leaving just yet. She was supposed to be starting her volleyball training by now, but her mind was elsewhere, focused on finding the person she’d been searching for since earlier that afternoon.
She roamed from one building to another, checking every classroom, hallway, and even some of the less crowded areas, hoping to catch a glimpse of her. Her phone buzzed with messages from her teammates, reminding her about practice, but Mikha brushed them off for the moment.
After what felt like hours of wandering, frustration started to set in. She let out a sigh, feeling like she’d already searched every corner of JUF. Just then, she glanced at her phone again and her eyes widened.
Mikha: "Shit! May training pala," she muttered under her breath, suddenly remembering the time. With renewed urgency, she turned and began making her way quickly toward the gym, hoping that maybe, just maybe, she’d find the person she’d been looking for somewhere along the way.
She moved through the hallways in long strides, her eyes scanning each face in the crowd. The gym wasn’t far now, and Mikha’s heart raced, both from the search and the lingering hope that she might still find who she was looking for.
Gym....
Coach K eyed Mikha seriously as she entered the gym, noticeably late.
Coach K: "Oh, Jimenea. Bakit ka late?" He asked in a stern tone.
Mikha: "Sorry, coach. 'Di po ako nakapagpaalam. I'm just looking for my partner in a specific project po, she's been missing since our last subject. Can you please allow me to skip training and look for her? I just really need to find her po." Mikha explained earnestly, holding up the emergency card she always carried.
Coach K: "Ngayon lang 'to Mikha haaa. May tournament pa tayo." he warned. Mikha nodded, grateful for his understanding.
Just then, Kaila scoffed loudly.
Kaila: "Seriously, Coach? You're tolerating what she's doing? Tsss, walang kwentang captain." She sneered, her words sparking a flash of anger in Mikha’s eyes.
Gwen: "Nanggigigil na ako sayong babae ka haaa, tatampalin na talaga kita." She shot back, clearly fed up with Kaila's bitterness.
Meanwhile, Colet looked at Mikha thoughtfully.
