Nitya comtinued to look at Rahul's face while he looked anywhere but her.

"I thought we had something between us. I thought you liked me."

She whispered after some time and he closed his eyes and looked at her.

"I do like you."

He said looking straight into her eyes. He then looked away and said.

"But so do I like everyone around me. Doesn't mean I have romantic feelings for everyone."

He said with a nonchalant shrug.

"And you love that child. Bachi hai wo Rahul. She is literally only 19. Kitni immature hai bilkul bachon wali harkate."

(She is a kid. She is so immature literally a kid.)

Nitya said angrily. Although he too was angry at Maya but he did not like Nitya talking ill about her.

"Jaisi bhi hai I love her."

(However she is I love her.)

Rahul said which increased Nitya's anger more.

"Isliye wo tumhare aage peechhe ghumti rehti thi. I should have known ki that bitch was trying to-"

(That's why she roamed around you.)

"Zabaan sambhal ke! Biwi hai wo meri!"

(Careful with the language! She is my wife!)

He didn't know why he raised his voice but Nitya badmouthing Maya didn't settle well with him.

Nitya was shocked because she had never seen Rahul so angry. He looked ready to kill.

A tear fell from her eye and Rahul's eyes softened.

"I am sorry and congratulations. Please aaj ke baad mujhse kabhi milna mat."

(Please don't meet me after this.)

She said and ran away from there. Rahul finally let his tears free.

He has done it. He broke her heart along with hers.

Carrying the broken pieces of his heart he went home to where his 'wife' was waiting.

Maya was still where he had left her. He looked at her with immense hatred. He didn't know why she had done that. She claimed to love him but yet she destroyed his happiness.

Grabbing her wrist he started dragging her with him.

"Ouch! Kaha le jaa rhe hai?"

(Where are you taking me?)

"Tumhare bhai ko tumhari harkat batane. Shaadi ki hai na mujhse. Apne ghar walo ka ashirvad nhi logi?"

(Telling your brother about your deed. You married me. Won't you take blessings of your family?)

He asked sarcastically and she bowed her head.

He dragged her to the car and made her sit inside harshly. He was mad at her. So mad.

He drove to Varun's home with speed which scared Maya.

Parking the car he pulled Maya out and dragged her to the house.

He rang the doorbell and entered inside with her when the maid opened the door.

Varun and his father were in the living room. They were a little surprised to see Rahul and Maya together holding hands.

"Maya? Rahul? Kya hua? Tum dono yaha aise?"

(What happened? You here like this?)

Varun asked trying not to be bothered by their joined hands.

"We got married."

Rahul said the same way he had told Nitya. Their was silence for a few seconds and then.

"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN BY THAT?"

He asked in a murderous tone. Aastha and Varun's mother came running into the living room hearing him shout.

"Me and Maya got married this morning. Court marriage. We signed the papers."

Varun was shocked to say the least. Aastha gasped as she heard this. While Maya had her head bowed all the while.

"You were talking about Maya when you told me you love someone?"

Varun asked still not believing it. Rahul closed his eyes for a moment and nodded.

"I trusted you. Kitna bharosa kiya tha maine tujhpe and you fucking trapped my sister. Chhoti hai wo immature hai toh apni baaton mai phasa lia tune usse."

(I trusted you. She is a kid and immature so you trapped her into your talks.)

Varun loved Maya more than anything and he was blinded by rage right now. No sane thought came to his mind. The only thing he was seeing was his little princess with his best friend.

"Varun-"

"Saale! Apne bhai se badkar samjha maine tujhe aur tu meri behen pr nazar rakhe tha."

(Moron! I considered you more than my brother and you were after my sister.)

"I love him bhai."

Came a meek voice and Varun stopped. He looked at his princess wide eyed.

"Mai pyaar krti hu Rahul se. I forced him to marry me. Aap please inhe kuch mat kaho."

(I love him. Please don't say anything to him.)

And he melted in front of those innocent eyes. Closing his eyes he sighed deeply and said.

"You broke my trust. Lekin sirf Maya ki wajah se I am letting you go. Warna meri behen ko haath lagane ke liye mao tera kya haal krta ye tu bhi jaanta hai."

(Otherwise what I would have done for touching my sister you know very well.)

Varun said and Rahul looked at him still emotionless. He felt numb inside. The woman he loves hated him and now his best friend.

"Now that you have married her toh make sure ki usse koi problem na ho kabhi bhi or else I am going to rip you apart."

(Make sure she is in no kind of trouble.)

Varun warned and Rahul just nodded.

He didn't want to send his sister away like that so he fulfilled all the rituals required and even got them religiously married.

Rahul had a cold look filling her hairline with Sindur.

Maya wanted to stop all this for a moment but the thought of Rahul going away from her scared her.

They came back to Rahul's home as actual married couple now.

As soon as they entered in Rahul's -now their room, he grabbed her harshly by her shoulders and looked straight into her eyes.

"You got what you wanted. Ab toh khush ho na? You destroyed my life Maya. You claim to love lekin tumne mujhse meri khushi chheen li. You took away the woman I love. You took away my best friend. You fucking destroyed me. Tumhe mera pyaar chahiye tha na. Now, you will see the hatred of me Maya. Just wait and watch Mrs. Maya Rahul Gupta. Just wait and watch."

(Are you happy now? You snatched my happiness from me. You wanted my love right.)

He said angrily and left a sobbing Maya behind. Maya broke down crying and sobbed for a long time.

She got up when she could no longer cry.

She looked herself into the mirror. She was the 5 year old girl again. The little girl who wanted love from her parents but they shooed her away because they were too busy in their lives.

She wanted love. Which she found in Rahul other than her brother. But now she lost that too.
