Road to Spider-man (The Road Continues)

(Wakanda arc) Part 9

Our entire team of heroes: T'Challa, Nakia, Shuri, Ramonda, Ross, and Y/n were back in M'Baku's throne room catching T'Challa up to speed.                        

Nakia: "Killmonger has the full support of our military. And he burned the garden of the Heart-Shaped Herb"                        

Everett: "Of course he did"

The T'Challa turns to Ross.

Everett: "That's what he was trained to do. His unit used to work with the CIA to destabilize foreign countries.  They would always strike at transitions of power...like an election year or the death of a  monarch"

Y/n: "Or in this case, beating the king in ritual combat for the throne"

Everett: "You get control of the government, the military"                        

T'Challa: "Our resources. The Great Mound"                        

Shuri: "Our vibranium. All of my designs"

T'Challa: "He will send our weapons all over the world"       

T' Challa turns to Nakia.

T'Challa: *gestures to Shuri and Ramonda* "You must get them out of Wakanda safely"                        

Ramonda: "What?"                        

Shuri: "What about you?"                        

T'Challa: "The challenge will have to continue"

Ramonda: "T'Challa, we will not leave Wakanda"                        

T'Challa: "It is my duty to keep you safe"                        

Shuri: "If he gets control of our technology, nowhere will be safe"        

Shuri pulls T'Challa's panther tooth necklace from her pocket and places it on his neck.                        

Shuri: "The Black Panther lives. And when he fights for the fate of Wakanda I will be right there beside him"

Nakia: "As will I"

T'Challa smiles he looks to Nakia and Ramonda who looks back at him with confidence.

Everett & Y/n: "Us too"

The Wakandans cut Ross and Y/n a look.

Everett: "What? You're gonna need all the help you can get"

Y/n: "Plus, someone's gonna have your back"

The Wakandans smile at Ross as M'Baku interrupts.                        

M'Baku: *yawns *  "Are you done? Are you-are you done?"

T'Challa: "Could you give me and Lord M'Baku a moment?"

Nakia and the rest nod before leaving M'Baku's throne room. As they go out to enact their plan, Y/n pulls Shuri back.

Y/n: "Hey, can I talk to you for a sec?"

Shuri: "Of course"

The two exit the hut before finding a secluded spot on the mountain.

Shuri: "What do you want to talk about?"

Y/n: "I forgot my suit...You wouldn't happen to bring it with you"

Shuri: "Actually...I think I brought something better"
