The Aftermath

Y/n: "Goddamn it!"

Y/n turns and punches the inside of the ship.

Tony: "No. You're a stowaway. The adults are talking"

Y/n: "This just doesn't make sense. We saved the day. We stopped Thanos. Prevented him from snapping, so why-"

Tony: "Wait, wait. Back up, did you say we beat Thanos?"

Y/n: "Yes!"

Tony: "Where?"

Y/n: "On Titan, where this ship's heading"

Tony then looks at Strange with a mocking surprise.

Tony: "Oh, would you look at that Doctor"

Y/n: "But we need to go back"

Tony then looks back at Y/n with a genuine look of surprise as Strange looks at Tony with a smug look of his own.

Tony; "Wait a sec, I thought we win when we fought Thanos on his turf. Why are we backing out now?"

Y/n: "I thought so too. But if that were the case then I wouldn't be the same day over and over again"

Tony: "Well then, why don't we just come up with another plan?"

Y/n: "We tried everything! 14,000,605 possibilities, that's what he said"

Y/n points to Strange, who gave a puzzled look.

Y/n: "Of course, I called Bullshit when he said that we could only win in ONE way. So I thought of different plans from our original idea so maybe one of them may have worked"

Tony: "But-"

Y/n: "But none of them worked! Cutting off the Gauntlet from his body, we tried it. Turn Thanos into a baby, we tried it. Even knocking Quill on his ass before letting him have a chance in lashing out at Thanos. Nothing!"

Tony: "Who's Quill? Sounds like a real piece of work"

Y/n: "He's a piece of shit, the main reason why we lost in the first place"

Tony: "Okay. Say we go back to Earth, why should we?"

Y/n: "When we fought Thanos on Titan he already has four of those. Gem things, in his gauntlet"

Strange: "Infinity Stone"

Y/n turns to Strange, eyebrow raised and twitching.

Strange: "Infinity Stones each control an essential aspect of existence. Space. Reality. Power. Soul. Mind. And Time"

Strange opens the Eye of Agamotto, revealing the Time Stone.

Y/n: "That! We lost when Thanos gains that stone"

Strange: "How does he get it?"

Y/n: "Believe it or not...YOU gave it to Thanos. To spare Tony"

Tony and Strange then look at each other, sharing a look of disbelief.

Tony/Strange: "Him!?"

Y/n: "Can we get back to figuring out a way to save the world?"

Tony and Strange look at each other once again before putting their pride aside and paying attention to Y/n once again.

Y/n: "Thank you, Now, we need to go back to Earth, but the only question is why"

Strange: "Could you tell us more about what stones you saw Thanos had?"

Y/n: "Let's see...He has the Blue one, a purple, Red, and Orange"

Strange: *mutter* "Space, Power, Reality, and Soul..."
