Hudson's POV

After I read Monika's text I look around the hospital to check if I can see her. I don't. She isn't here but how did she do this in front of me without me realizing it? I decide to call her instead of answering per chat. She won't text immediately but if I call, she won't have time to think clearly about what she wants to say. As she answers her phone I yell at her.

"What the hell did you do you bitch?!" I curse.

"Oh, Hudson. Please be careful what kind of words you use. You sure want your little princess to be fine I guess." She says in a provocative tone.

"What do you still want from me?! I'm engaged and my wedding is soon! So please just insult someone else and leave us alone!!" I yell into my phone and some old women sitting right there look worriedly at me. They are probably already gossiping about me.

"That's exactly why I'm doing all this. I want you to come to Washington with me again and we can live happily together. Don't dare to marry this Turkish cheap flirt who's family doesn't even want you." She says and I feel the blood in my veins boiling.

"Shut the fuck up you piece of shit! I'm marrying Ashley and never want to see or hear from you again!" I yell first but lower my voice as I realize they all are still looking.

"I told you: don't dare. You will see what I've got in store for you!" She threatens and hangs up the call.

To be honest I'm afraid of what this freak wants to do next. I'm going to protect her but I can't always be around her because of her family. I will tell Kerem this whole shit so he can help me. I would tell the police, but Ashley's family would find out and then probably stop me from being together with Ashley. And I don't want to tell Ashley because she would be afraid so I just protect her.

"Sind sie der Verwandte von Asli Yilmaz?" A nurse says to me but the only words I understand is Ashley's name.

"I'm her fiancé. Can you speak English please?" I say to her and she looks at me with wide eyes.

"Uhm... Yes... I try." She says with a Swiss-German accent, nervously. They really can't speak English at all here.

"Asli Yilmaz is fine now. But she's lucky because if you would've come some seconds later she would've not survived." She tells me and that gives me an unwell feeling in my stomach. After this, she tells me in which room I can find her and I immediately head towards her.

I enter the room and see her lying on a plain white bed. She immediately smiles when she sees me.

"Ashley..." I say and immediately get into her arms. As she sits up from the bed. My knees are touching the ground and my head is on her chest. I can't even say anything. Just as I realized a tear falls down my cheek. I'm crying.

"I'm fine don't worry. I know that you blame yourself but it's not your fault. Those things happen when you're allergic to something." She says trying to calm me. I move away from her chest and notice tears left on her shirt.

"The nurse said you could've not survived if we came any second later and..." I say and a tear still manages to fall down my cheek when she catches it with her thumb and continues holding my face with both of her hands.

"Just stop. It's over now. I can't see you crying." She says and her eyes get glassy. She's about to cry too.

"I love you." I say to her.

"I love you." She says, after her eyes are full of tears. I kiss her gently and then we get her stuff and go home.

Ashley's POV

Just as we arrive home Meredith walks out of my house. She looks worried but the second Meredith sees me she widens her eyes and hugs me as I get out of the car.

"Ashley, where were you?! Why didn't you answer my calls?" She looks at me. And realizes immediately that I wasn't ok.

"What happened?!" She almost yells.

"I ate peanuts and we went to the emergency ward. As always when I eat peanuts accidentally." I remind her so she won't worry too much about it.

"Oh no! Again? How could you let this happen, Hudson!" She turns angrily to Hudson. He looks at the ground, ashamed, and again he blames himself for this.

"It's not Hudson's fault. I ordered something wrong." I defend him and he looks up at me noticing I'm not telling the truth. Meredith signs madly at him anyway.

"No, it's not true. I ordered ice cream for myself with peanuts and for Ashley without but then Ashley got the wrong one. So, yes. You can blame me." He tells the truth. Sometimes he just should appreciate it when I lie. I don't do this often.

Meredith looks angrily at him and punches him in the arm, this time not as a joke. I don't think it hurt him but it looked like it did. He's feeling really sorry about it.

"Please don't tell my family. I don't want them to find out what happened." I beg Meredith. She nods and the second she wanted to say something she gets interrupted.

"What happened?" Samir is standing at the backyard.

Oh no!
