Well then if you're still here, then don't complain to me, I've warned you.

Washington was found almost drowning in a frozen river in British Columbia(place), Canada.

He then was pulled out by Nevada and Oregon and BC (Province rep.)herself.

"WOODSON!! YOU ALRIGHT?!" Nevada yelled at Washington who woke up after coughing out water. Oregon then slapped her on the shoulder. "He's fine, obviously. He woke up himself!" The deer yelled back.

"Woodson, why are you in the water...?" British Columbia knelt on thin ice carefully, (even if she falls, she'll still be fine, cuz she has plenty of experience falling into frozen lakes-) asking Washington why he was in the water. He only shook his head with a forced smile. "I jumped in there, living in Seattle was feeling kinda hot." Washington lied. Yup, how can Seattle be hot when it's December already? The whole state is up north!

"You looked like you were pushed into the cold water though." British Columbia said, and Washington froze. The other two looked at him in worry. Washington only chuckled nervously, looking away from them.

Nevada knew something was off with him. "Is there anything we should know?" She asked, only to see the other state shaking his head, as he said, "It's better if you didn't know." The three went from worried to anger, angry that Washington was hiding something from them. Washington noticed their anger and immediately changed his mind. "OK OK fine, I'll tell you when we get back. Can we just- get out of here? Heh..." "Kay fine, you promised to tell us."

Timeskip

Washington came out of the bathroom & walked his way to the living room just to see all of the west coast states were there, including Alaska & Hawaii.

"Looks like everyone wants to hear it. Guess I have no other choice. One important note though, do not tell anyone about this. I've already broken my promise with those two bastard parents of mine by telling you guys about it." Washington said as loud as he could, since only the west coast were in the state-house at the moment. Everyone nodded their head in silence.

"OK. Here goes nothing.
People always say that my family were famous. Famous what? I don't remember. They were just- famous people, alright? Yet people didn't know that, they were cruel to their only child.
My dad has sexually abused me for God knows how long, or maybe even... r-ed me when I was asleep. So many times, that I started to get insomnia. Yeah sorry Nathaniel, for not telling you the reason why I have insomnia."

"What about your mom?" Hawaii asked in a soft tone while Washington tried his best not to shed tears.

"Uh-Um. She is the one who pushed me into the frozen lake." He continued. Both Nevada and Oregon gasped.

"My mom argued with my dad one day, and then she was nowhere to be seen. I have been trying to find her, from Seattle to LA, and by that I mean Los Angeles, but I still couldn't find her. When I finally knew where she went, I immediately ran my way there. I... didn't even notice I was already outside of the American border, heh. My mom stood there, looking at the lake. I went and catch up to her, stood in front of her and... told her everything about my dad. Yet she did not show any response. I asked her if she's alright, then... The next thing I knew I was already in the water. Then Neveah and Nathaniel came."

Everyone stayed silent as Washington wiped his tears away. "Aight, that's it. Don't tell anyone, alright?" He smiled. It was obviously faked.

"Woodson, I... I'm sorry for all that." California apologised.
"It's okay really. You didn't know." Washington replied.
