MAGNUS POV 

"And that's your birthday present.. It's late, but that's what I planned to present to you.." he said looking at mikel.. I was looking at him in total shock… "You were talking about this when I asked you about my present at the boat house??" I asked… "I told you… the moment I came to know about you, I decided on your birthday present.. But it's a little late" he said, lifting me from the table… "you are such a big bad wolf" I said, hugging him tight… "that's what I am" he said and kissed my forehead. "Okay let's get out of here.. I can't see his face for too long… I am getting my tempers back" he said and took me upstairs… 

Once we reached our room, Madzie and Maryse were already playing with Max on   our bed….when she saw us..she ran towards me and hugged my legs by wrapping her little arms around it , I leaned down and hugged her tight, Alec took her in his arms… "where is my morning kiss?" he asked, wiggling his eyebrows…I saw madzie faking her expression like she is gonna think about it… but alec tickled her and got his morning kiss as usual.. They are inseparable even after max.. Madzie is always Alec's pet.. He chooses madzie over anyone even if it's me.. That's understatement actually.. 

He never treats her differently.. They make a good team when it comes to mocking me… I kissed her cheeks and pinched her ears… she giggled while wiping my nose tip  which was wet because of alec… madzie pointed her hands at max 

I took max in my arms..he smiled and kicked his legs at me.. I kissed his forehead and he burped in return… we all laughed at him.. He was laughing with his visible baby  gums…"love you" I said kissing his nose tip.. He caressed my cheeks with his tiny fingers which are softer than a feather.. I giggled at his act which made alec and madzie pout on me… 

"don't be jealous… he is clingy around you always" I said looking at alec… "that because you were clingy around me throughout your pregnancy" he said sarcastically.. "That sounds like complaining," I said, raising my eyebrows…Maryse laughed at us and walked away…" mom!!!!"Alec called for her…" you started this so you have to deal with it "she said giggling at us and left the room.." mama.. I am hungry "Madzie said and ran behind her Nana winking at alec ….

 I placed Max on our bed..and I pulled Alec closer by his collar " are you offended by that… "I asked, raising my eyebrows again.." offended about what?? "he asked like he didn't get what I said .." me being clingy around you?? "I asked, holding his neck…he Leaned forward and took my lips but I pushed him away .." answer me Mr.lightwood "I asked, pinching his ear. …" ahhhh..it hurts "he said and I let him go…" get lost.. "I said annoyingly…" I love the way you cling around me. Actually I missed it for the past 3 days,I love every bit of you, I even love the way you breathe.." he said and hugged me from behind… "ughhhh… chessy.. Did you watch any movies last night?" I asked and got a bite on my neck in return… "mmmm… Max is here" I said and he kissed my neck  as I threw my Head away… and the next minute Max started to cry…making Alec roll his eyes with his beautiful smile in his face "i will be back" he rushed to the kitchen for milk to fill his son's little tummy … 

I laughed and leaned to Max's face… I held his cheeks , and kissed his forehead "he is gone  to get your breakfast…so you can stop crying now " I said , running my finger on his tiny nose bridge.. He stopped crying and started to smile at me.. "You are dramatic aren't you?? "I asked, kissing him again, he flickered his little  fingers in the air …" is that a yes??.. You know what? you are dramatic like me… fierce like your dad, intelligent like your aunts, and uncle, and you are Cockblocking us just  like  jace "I said while laughing  at max, he smile on looking at me,he held my index finger tight with  a clear Balloon of saliva balls was bubbling out in between his pink lips, when I burst it with my fingers, max closed his eyes with a smile..
