He's frighten over disappointed Bruce, to lose a home, a family all over again.
He's been facing evil since he was born, living in the circus forced a person to grow thick skin.
He's truly felt what it was to have one's heart ripped out of your very chest when he was just eight years old.
He's finally fought back against evil as he stood as a nine year old boy.
He's felt terrified at realizing that he might not be able to safe everyone.
He's been spooked by shadows ever since he stood as Robin.
Robin has felt nothing but fear for a long time, but he learnt how to hide such a feeling.
He knew how to smile and laugh when he wanted to do nothing more than break down and cry.
He's stood up against evil instead of running from it.
He knew how to hide his fears, knew how to act completely fine.
Because admitting fear proved you were human, but acting on it could steal another person's life away.
And he won't be the reason someone lost their life, that another child was orphaned, parent's outliving their children or friend's being left to bury the one person they could trust.
It's why he stayed silent as the young justice team decided to try out a haunted house at some carnival in Centre City.
Kidflash was happily acting as their guide in his home city, making sure they didn't get lost and leading them all towards the correct park.
All deciding to wear their uniforms, it was the week of Halloween after all and they were heading towards a Halloween special carnival.
No one would actually believe the real young hero's were merely walking around among them so easily.

Artemis and Raquel had decided to bet over who'd be the scaredy-cat within their group and would try to race out of the haunted house first or bail out of the whole once spotting the set up haunted house.
