"What?" I snapped my head up to look at her.

"I actually heard some stories about it. I didn't believe at the first but now I think it is true" She said.

"I think we need to change your room okay. Don't worry. Will fix this okay. She said as she got up and ran out of the room"

TEJASSWI POV

I walked back to the office after convincing Mrs. D'Souza to change the room for Karan. I didn't tell her real reason behind it but anyway she agreed after long time. I really don't know what's going on in here and no one is ready to reveal the secrets. I was shaken out of my thoughts when miraculous BOOM erupted through the building. It was raining heavily outside and raging thunders hadn't stop yet. This storm had to be worst one I have experienced. We were just sitting in the office and the lights flickered. Everything going black then light again.... then black and then only blackout. I looked up at sister Geeta. Our worried eyes locked and after a while we heard a sound, kind of like heavy doors open and somewhere the mad shouting. It sounded close very close then faded out as if someone were running out. The thought of anyone escaping was ridiculous because the automatic doors keep them lock inside tightly .and that's when it clicked. The doors were automatic. The powers were out and with no power the doors won't stay locked. So now patents can easily run out. When I looked at sister Geeta she was thinking the exact same thing I guess.

Tejasswi She said.

"Yeah?" I whispered for some reason afraid to speak loud.

"I think we have a problem ...

KARAN POV

when the light started to flickered. I held my forehead. Oh no one more problem. But that's when I noticed the automatic door may open without power. I can't run out of the building but at least I can go and check what Tejasswi said about WARD D. I rushed over to the large cell door and I was able to slide it open. I hesitantly stepped passed the cement wall and out into the hallway hoping there would be no guards around. So now all I have to do was find WARD D which I didn't know how to get into it without lights and all the guards around.

TEJASSWI POV

"I'm going out and find out what's happening" I told to sister Geeta.

"No" Sister Geeta protested. "It's not safe" She said.

We can't just sit here. At least I will inform Mrs. D'Souza about the situation I said.

"Yes we can just wait. The power will come back at any moment" she said

"You can wait but I'm going out there" I told her, get up and left the room.

KARAN POV

finding my way to the other side of the building was much easier. I was almost at the basement. I figured it would be at the back. Thankfully I saw no guards here. There were all the supplies and storage rooms. It was sort of hidden towards the back of the corridor. There were filthy and dusty steps to walk down. I hurried down towards the bottom floor noticing the steps got dustier. I got down and it was so dark I couldn't see anything but I could tell the basement was large. I saw a huge door but I couldn't see whether it was ward D or not but I entered in hoping I got the right place. My nostrils burned as I smelled something like rotten ingredients and what I saw- dozens of hospital beds covered in a dried blood. There were also old maps for what I think was inside of human brain. Why the hell would they need those? And why so many beds were so bloody? And why haven't they been thrown out. It was creepy as fuck. I made my way towards the odd smell with stinging my nose more and more with each breath. But I tolerated it for I while and eventually came near the small door. That's where the smell was coming from. It had to be. I slowly opened the door. And the sight behind it was enough for me to gasp in shock
