TEJASSWI POV
To say I was nervous would be an understatement. I was terrified. I was feeling nauseous and couldn't catch my breath. I had promised Sunny that I would take him out of here and I would do it, no matter what. Who knew what the consequences would be if I didn't do it. The keys felt too heavy in my pocket. My eyes kept glancing at the lock outside. Sunny must be as restless as me by now, must be pacing back and forth in his room, running his hands through his hair. I was too scared to even think about it, A very dangerous plan that was not only for me but also for the man I loved, that would decide our future.

As we had planned, Sister Geeta turned off the lights of the hall. I could barely see anything, It was only darkness and the sound of muffled screams and shouts can be heard. My heart was beating wildly in my chest and I audibly gulped. Soon I composed myself and walked towards the door peeking out of my room. I looked around, though there was nothing much to see. My hand slipped over the box-like shape protruding from the door and found the keyhole. I inserted my hand through the opening as fast as I could, but I couldn't put the key in the hole as my hands were shaking badly. After two attempts the door was finally unlocked so, I pushed lightly and opened it.

"Yes, none of the patients noticed. The first step went well. Well done Teju" I appreciate myself though My adrenaline was rising faster with every second. Now I had to free Sunny who was a few halls down and was waiting impatiently.

KARAN POV
Where is Tejasswi? The power was switched off just a few minutes ago. She must be here. What if she is caught? What if she is immediately dragged to Mrs. D'Souza? Or what if one of the sick guards is taking advantage of her. Such questions were running through my mind as both my hands were wrapped around the metal bars. My breathing was increasing with each passing second. I tried to listen for any kind of footsteps, but it was hard to make out due to the corridor filled with the screams and shouts of other patients.

Suddenly the dim red glow of an emergency light flickered. Damn now this would be more difficult for us, but a few seconds later I was grateful as I saw Teju coming towards me. My tense shoulders loosened a little. "Laadoo" I dared to call out in a whisper. Her eyes met mine, she was outside my room in no time. The urgency of the situation was making her move fast. She was working on the lock just a few inches away. I held my breath as the door opened. As if it was planned, she immediately wrapped my waist. My arms were hugging her back and shoulders simultaneously.

"Laddoo. what took you so long? I was very scared"

"Sorry" she mumbled into my chest.

"No it's okay. You are doing an amazing job" I said and pulled away before we wasted any more time and She pressed her lips against mine for a very quick passionate kiss as if it was our last kiss.

"I will meet you at Aada's office. Be careful" I told her as she walked away.

Teju nodded and I gave her a quick kiss on the forehead as reassurance before we parted ways. Normally this would have been a bad idea but it was necessary for this part of our plan. Plus I didn't want her to see what I was about to do.

TEJASSWI POV
All I had to do was to keep avoiding the guards till I reached near Aada's office. I tried to assure myself that there would be no staff on the way and my mind was stuck on Sunny and Kunaal. It was not that I disliked the idea of Kunaal being dead but it was that I disliked the idea of Sunny killing someone. But Sunny wanted to do that because he thinks that if Kunaal would be alive, he will kill god knows how many girls and no one will dare to punish him because of Mrs. D'Souza. And I could do nothing but agree with Sunny. So I decided to focus on my work and kept walking towards Aada's office but somewhere in the back of my mind I was thinking that something will go wrong, but I don't know what.

I entered Aada's office apprehensively and closed the door behind me. I could see a small red light in this room that provided enough light to see two relatively small but fully packed bags on her desk, One for Sunny and one for me. Picking up the two bags, I wait for Sunny to finish his work. And silently thank Aada and sister Geeta who probably went to Mrs. D'Souza's office to distract her.
