"He ain't going to die," MC reassured Cherry, "I don't know what rules your world play by, but in this one, it's no man left behind."

"How do you know MC," Mandara asked, tears in his eyes from what he was told, "Prussia AND Ussr have our son, those two are merciless on their own, but together-" the country couldn't finish that sentence, it was too horrible to think about.

"They ain't gonna kill Poldara," MC repeated, "I think I know what their plan is; they have been causing all this ruckus to draw you and you're brother into enemy territory so they can have the upper hand, now that they have Poldara they got bait to really bring us in."

"That isn't making me feel better," Mandara muttered, Poland nodding in agreement.

"I ain't finished, what I was gonna say is that now we know their plan we can be two steps ahead and lead some troops to help us fight instead of going in by ourselves."

Mandara nodded slowly as he pictured out MC's plan, it was pretty good, but it could take days or even weeks to organize something like that, and with Poldara being captured, time was a luxury they couldn't afford.

"It is a good plan, but we need to tell Thunder about it so he can make it happen," Mandara said.

"Where is he by the way," Poland asked.

"In the backyard trying to use the spells in the book, Hatter, you should come too, maybe you can help us."

"If he is going then I'll stay here with the kid," MC said, "I got plenty of medical experience and frankly have seen enough magic for one day, it's giving me a headache."

In the backyard, MA was trying to use the book like Mandara said so. He was sitting on his knees in the middle of a circle drawn in the grass that a campfire was in front of, he had a bunch of items next to him that symbolized the elements of nature; sand for earth, a candle for fire, one of his own feathers for air, a small bowl of water, a flower for life, and one of Akita's chew bones for death.

"This had better work," MA muttered to himself as he read the instructions in the book, it was all very complicated and he didn't even know if he could do it since he never attempted magic before, but he was desperate and if this meant protecting his family, then so be it.

Once he understood the ritual, to some extent, MA put the book down and started throwing his items one by one into the fire, leaving his feather for last. Once that had been reduced to ash, MA raised his hands to his forehead and spoke in Mandorian the incantation in the book;

"Please great spirits of the past, present, and future, I come to you as a servant in need of guidance. My troubles cannot be solved by word of mouth or movement of hand, by pen and paper or sword and shield. Please hear my cries for salvation and my pleas for protection, I call upon you to come to earth once more to aid me with your power."

MA waited for what seemed like ages when it was only a minute, but nothing happened. He opened his eyes and sighed, letting all hope drain away, "I'm sorry everyone, I failed you."

Just then, a jolt of electricity shot through the militant's body, and the loudest crash that he ever heard sounded right in his ears, but MA's body was left paralyzed by some otherworldly force. His eyes were closed this whole time and when he opened them they were both glowing a blinding white light that obscured his irises and even his black entity eye.

He made contact with the gods.
