The entity kept falling, sinking deeper into some sort of never-ending tunnel of kaleidoscopic flashes.

Black holes, solid ground, black holes, solid ground.

It alternated as he traveled unwillingly, tossed around the never-ending loop he got stuck in. It could have continued to be this way till the end of times if a portal did not materialize. From the blue hole, a hand emerged to grab the swaying boy and pull him out of that infinite prison with no escape.

The boy rolled as he landed heavily, he gasped in pain as his back hit the hard rock and grass-covered soil. From somewhere behind him a voice rose.

-"Tsk, well isn't that just the prettiest landing I've ever seen." A short stocky person wearing a peculiar attire towered over the entity. They had a pair of large round goggles that made them look like a rainforest frog. "You're going to get up or what? Come on, here in the afterworld we still have a tight and strict schedule to follow so we ain't got all day." They shouted, or perhaps they had to do so in order to make themselves clear over the cacophony of other sounds from all around.

The boy blinked, then clumsily rose from the spot he lay at with a grimace. Every inch of his body ached and his legs almost gave up from under him. Gladly the odd-looking character helped him to stand steadily, guiding him over to a bench. Small blossoming trees and bushes were scattered over the area that looked like a park.

-"Alright, name's Roderick-Christiell Firch and I will be your administrator. Now let's get over with this. Full name, Age, date of birth, species, social status, cause of death, emplacement where you died, and any other reliable info ... do I forget anything?" Roderick rapidly recited from memory as he counted on his fingers. He pulled a clipboard with important-looking papers as well as a pen that he placed on his lap as he sat down next to the confused-as-hell entity.

The boy gaped at the mass of questions that flew completely over his head. Noticing how dumbfounded the newcomer looked, the goggled person sighed.

-"Let me start all over." Roderick said and recapitulated, talking slower this time.

The entity dug into his mind, yet couldn't find the answers to any of the questions.

-"I ... don't know" He finally mumbled.

-"Your name, can you at least tell me what your name is?!" The other guy exasperatedly clicked on the pen cap.

The boy sheepishly rubbed the back of his neck. He shook his head slowly, muttering an apology.

The administrator loudly sighed, resting their chin in their hand. Amnesia was all that came to their mind.

-"It's alright." Luz assured MA, then as she heard the proposition she smiled again." Maybe if it is not much of a bother to bring some books, Kiara was dying of boredom."

Meanwhile, the two others talked, Kiara, transformed back into a solid, fleshy form after reaching the other side of the estate. She squished herself against a wall, sinking down to her knees as she panted for air. She was sitting down in the empty hall, alone with her tormented mind.

Inside her head it was dark. It was dark with brewing recollections filled with nothing joyful. It was happening yet again. She got overwhelmed so easily..she hated it.

Why was she so useless?

First, she fails to destroy her enemy, next she fails to save him and powerlessly watches as he dies in her arms. Whenever she planned something, it turned out wrong. She couldn't adapt to her environment, to the people she interacted with, unsure about the facade to put up and the facet to show. It was all too much for her.
