"Midnight Furie," Eclipse repeated questioningly, "I'm not sure I know what that is or means, but I do like the Sol one."

"Well, Luz is Spanish for light," Poldara said, "in Mandorian light is Laylue, that could be a good nickname."

"I like it, it sounds adorable and fitting," MC agreed.

C:

-"Laylue, it's pretty and has a good ring to it." Cherry concurred.

Luz's cheeks flushed of a darker shade of pink and she mumbled something as she flipped a page of her book.

-"Yep. A flustered ray of sunshine." Kiara hummed, half sunk in the sofa's cushion. That gratified her with an invisible pinch that obviously came from her sibling. "As for the Midnight Furie thing, that reminds me of something ... can't quite put my finger on what it is ... hey kid, uh ... kid?"

Cherry's hands were twitching like the slightly crumpled newspaper article she held onto was flowing with an electric current, which was not the case.

The angelic entity which sat on her left craned out her neck and spat bluntly so only the teen could hear:

-"All guests, even the most necessary, can't overdo their stay and have to leave, you are smart and can understand that. "

The teenager's eyes were painted a distressed orange as she was torn in between a hard choice.

-"So, what will it be?"

Cherry bit her bottom lip and nodded slowly before standing and folding up the paper stack.

-"I understand. I ... think I'll go. I'll be in my dorm if you need me." She finally answered.

On that note the teenager exited the common room, first walking at a normal pace, which quickened and morphed into a delirious run when she was out of earshot.

M:

Everyone watched Cherry leave, all feeling worried about what she was talking about and why she looked so upset.

"Kiara, what was that about," Poldara asked, "what do you mean 'all guests can't overdo their stay'?"

C:

Kiara nonchalantly leaned even deeper in the cushion, crossing her arms over her chest, and drew out a loud sigh, eye closed.

-"I knew this moment would come, but I haven't anticipated it to happen so early." She sombrely commented.

-"Don't drag it out Kiki! Just tell us what is going on already!" Luz fretted, as her sister kept blocking her mind reading.

Kiara opened her eye to stare at the opposite wall.

-"Well dumbasses, the time has come to say goodbye to Missy Fruity Pebbles." She bluntly stated.

That made Luz let out a gasp and mutter a quiet "no". It could be ... It's too early!

Sadly droplets flew as the teen raced throughout the corridors, occasionally stumbling and staggering. Due to her condition, she was losing her breath very quickly. Heartbeats were the only thing she could hear as she ran. It was a blind run as if running could have saved her from the truth.

Cherry let her winded body collapse on the bed and she panted heavily, tears filling and overflowing down her cheeks making her eyes burn.

She shakily unfolded the newspaper to read the subtitle once again.

"Missing child in the region of ——-"

Right under it was a perfectly clear image of a kid who crazily resembled the teenager who presently lay on the bed in one of the mansions dorms.
