Poldara nodded uncertainly, "well ... as ready as I'll ever be I guess, MC could you help me down."
MC nodded too and picked up his boyfriend from his wheelchair, setting him on the ground next to Kiara. The militant stepped back to watch while Poland went back inside, Poldara scanned over the recipe and hummed.
"I got to say, you sure are better at writing than Hatter is," he said, "at least your writing doesn't look like, and I quote you, 'angry ants shat all over the paper'."
C:
-"I'm ... kinda skeptical about what you just said, but I'll take it as a compliment." Kiara muttered as she put on her glasses and held out a zip lock bag to scan over the cuneiform-like symbols printed on it.
-"There are different variants of cures for muscle soreness, some are extremely simple some more complex, I add to my recipe tart cherry juice— here, you can have a taste if you want, "She gave Poldara a small jar of dark red liquid. "By the way, you will either be subjected to buying and/or importing readymade ingredients, or preparing them yourself, although I keen you already know all of this."
Before Kiara could continue, she got distracted by the human teenager. Cherry had taken a small sip from another jar of cherry juice and made a distasteful face, sticking out her tongue.
-"...yeah, this one's not particularly sweet." The woman chuckled and put the jar away.
-"Okay, back to the point! Now y'all listen up because I don't want to repeat myself." She spoke with the authority of a teacher, which made Cherry giggle a little.
-"Basically, you boil a small cauldron/bucket of water, add the magnesium sulfate (one or two cups epsom salt); Put one eergred scotch root, not two, not three, that shit could be deadly in an enormous amount and cause rashes;" Kiara instructed, motioning, pointing, stacking packages in front of Poldara and Cherry. She conveniently made a cauldron appear as well as measurement cups, and wooden spoons.
"—three tablespoons of cherry juice ... that's optional, you can plainly add that to a smoothie and consume it, that would be perfect. Remember to stir in clockwise motions, then add a few drops of essential oil, I suggest using lavender. When the mixture reaches a good consistency (it shouldn't be viscous at the touch) you can let it cool off." She concluded and stared at both of her 'students' straight in the eyes. "This all should usually take about 20 to 40 minutes usually, magic can speed up the process to 15 minutes. Any questions before we start?"
From the house came a muffled clattering sound and seconds later a window opened and Luz stuck her next outside.
-"Hey guys, having fun down there?" She called. "What are you doing Kiki?"
-"Yeah, I'm teachin'em how to make stuff."Kiara brought a hand to her mouth as a megaphone and shouted back. "What about you?"
-"Cleaning, tidying the house."
-"Booooring!!" Kiara hollered.
-"Whatever, don't get too carried away." What's the last remark before the window was shut.

Poldara was writing down what Kiara was teaching in his journal, more accurately the copy of Hatter's journal that he's been adding and translating so he could use it.
"What is eergred scotch root," the entity asked, "is it a fancy name for a common root or is it a plant that doesn't grow on this earth, because that would be good to know."
C:
-"I'm pretty sure eergred scotch doesn't grow here, I've searched but even in your encyclopedias there are no records of this plant. I mean, I picked it from the 47th dimension and they sell it in any regular markets in other realms ... I have a package of already pre-cut roots so I'll just leave it with the bottle crate. If anything you can always ask Elyss to bring you some." Kiara replied. "Though ... they may have it at the black market, I haven't checked."
