Hatter's smile washed off his face, it now became blank with seriousness.

-"What day are we? How long have I been gone?" He inquired with concern.

Cherry glanced up at Hatter and answered with a puzzled expression, "We're Saturday .... and you were gone for about 4-5 hours or so ... why are you asking?"

The angelic entity sighed in relief. It wasn't as long as he thought it was. When you get trapped in another dimension where the laws of time do not exist, it's easy to lose track. Then, however, he remembered something else. He frowned and put on a fake angry expression.

-"If I remember well, young lady, you are grounded and supposed-" Hatter started to scold the teen and got interrupted.

-"Well, you weren't supposed to disappear and forsake us" Cherry grumbled as she gave a small punch to the entity's shoulder.

-"... fair point." Hatter stared down at the soil on which ants marched. Time to get back.

-"Let's return to the estate, the others are probably still up, waiting for us." The top-hatted man, only now without his top hat, announced as he rose to his feet.

Cherry pulled back from the long hug and helped Poldara to also get up since he was clutching onto Chandeler as if it was a plush toy. The tiny entity did not seem to mind, he was very comfortable.

-"Now how do we get out of here ..." Hatter scanned the tall walls of the sinkhole. There was no staircase or ladder to get out of it. It was like some sort of ginormous crater that filled itself with water over years, forming a swamp.

"That will be my doing," Ora stated, laying down so the wingless people could climb on.

Poldara gave Chandeler to Hatter when he climbed on Ora's back, and he took off first while the wolf covered her paws in her mist and ran/flew after him. They were going to head to the castle ruins to retrieve Mandoria and Empyr, but they were gone so Ora and Poldara headed to the estate instead.

When they got there, everyone was waiting for them in the backyard, including Mandoria and Empyr. Poldara landed and his parents ran to him first, hounding him about leaving without telling them, and how worried they were. The remaining four went to Ora to welcome their friend back from the dead.

As they arrived at their destination, Cherry stormed inside to get band-aids from her backpack to apply on Chandeler's bruise.

Hatter returned the greeting to everyone. He was happy that they were all alright.

What a good ending to such a complicated tale. A thought trotted into the angelic entity's mind and bothered him. He was not sure it would work out well. What if they took it the wrong way? Something shuffled in his vest's pocket. Hatter sighed.

"It will be fine ... they just need more time ... but if I don't do it now, there will be no other moment for this ..." The man placed a hand over his forehead.

The great spirits stepped back to let everyone welcome back Hatter, who was currently being smothered in hugs. Now that the danger is gone and they had regained enough energy, the three Aberra knew that they had to go back to the Kingdom of the Great Beyond, for if a god spent too much time on earth it could be disastrous for them.

"Can I stay for a little bit longer," Mandoria asked, he didn't want to leave his sons yet, even though MA had the amulet to summon him, it could still take years in the human world for him to replenish his energy, so he wanted to spend a little quality time with them before he left.
