I was sharpening my knife as I heard footsteps getting louder by each step. When I looked up I saw Dale coming towards me and I put the knife back in my boot. »Are you with me on this? Do you want Randall to die?«. I stood up, looking at him now »I don't know, even if I would be on your side. It's just us against 8 plus people. This group's broken Dale, don't forget that.« I said once I saw the sunset go down while the others walked into the house. Dale walked off before I stretched, trying to clean my mind a bit. After I took a deep breath I went in too, closing the door behind me before going to Dale to stand beside him.

»So how we do this? Just take a vote?« Glenn asked while looking at everyone. Dale had took off his fisherman's hat. »Does it have to be unanimous?« Andrea questioned. »How about majority rules?« Lori asked too. »Well, let's.. Let's just see where everybody stands, then we can talk trough the options.« Rick spoke watching everyone. »Well, the way I see it, there's only one way to move forward.« Shane said as I crossed my arms.

He was sadly right, they did wanted to kill him off. I wasn't sure though because he was still a kid. On the other side Randall may have told Carl shit to get him free and the whole backstory of his group isn't making anything better. »Killing him, right?« Dale began to speak beside me, nodding. »I mean, why even bother to take a vote? It's clear which way the wind's blowing.« He continued. I put my hand on his shoulder while everyone looked at him. »Well, if people believe we should spare him, I wanna know.« Rick told Dale.

»Well, I can tell you it's a small group. Maybe just me and Glenn.« Dale said. Glenn slowly turned his head to Dale who looked at him now »Look, I..I think you're pretty much right about everything all the time, but this..«. Dale put his hand on his hips »They've got you scared.«. He pointed to the others before Glenn replied to him »He's not one of us. And we've..we've lost too many people already.«. Dale pointed at Maggie »How about you? Do you agree with this?« he asked. The short haired brunette had her arms crossed, switching her gaze from Dale to Rick »Couldn't we continue keeping him prisoner?«.

Daryl shifted on his feet, his arms crossed too. »Just another mouth to feed.« He answered. »It may be a lean winter.« Hershel now spoke up too. »We could ration better.« Lori chimed in. »Or he could be an asset. Give him a chance to prove himself.« Dale got slowly mad. »Put him to work?« Glenn asked before Rick spoke up »We're not letting him walk around.«. I put my hands on my hips. »We could put an escort on him.« Maggie suggested.

»If he gets a weapon in his hands, we don't know what he would do. People could get hurt. People could die.« I said while rocking on my feet. »I agree. I don't think any of us should be walking around with this guy.« Rick looked at me before he looked at Dale. »He's right. I wouldn't feel safe unless he was tied up.« Lori agreed to Rick. »We can't exactly put chains around his ankles, sentence him to hard labour.« Andrea said. »Look, say we let him join us, right? Maybe.. Maybe he's helpful, maybe he's nice. We let our guard down and maybe he runs off, brings back his 30 men.« Shane said and I scoffed.
