His resentful ex girlfriend has been pouting throughout the whole day. Wow, what a heartbreaking movie scene they had. "But you said I was good in bed." This sentence has been repeating in my head, that I couldn't barely hold in my small laugh in class. A few faced me as the teacher mentioned, "do you find anything funny?" I shook my head. "No, I'm sorry." I faced the floor, trying to hold myself together. No but really, he spoke those words without any deep intention. They felt empty, not like it had been a struggle to say it out loud. I don't know how often he had broken up, but he must have gotten used to it. Also, the fact that he's able to date without really loving. It do is some sort of special talent since I couldn't even pretend to be in love for one day. I wouldn't want to praise him for that though.
"My god, she should search herself some friends. She even starts laughing by herself. I heard this is some sort of illness-" A girl whisper yelled over to some other classmates. "Does being a bitch became some sort of your lifestyle?" She gave me a judgeful glance as the teacher once again called out on me. "I'm sorry" I couldn't stand it, all those comments about me, which tend to go into an offensive direction.
"Why is she like that? Always so aggressive when it comes to words," a girl spoke obvious, having to share the comment not only with her friend, but the whole class. "Not only words," I took piece of paper, forming it into a ball as I threw it onto her head. "Ouch," she complained loud enough for everyone to hear once again. "Is there a problem?" The teacher turned, visibly stressed. "Yes, Taerim threw something really painful onto my head." I raised my hands in innocence. Painful? Is she for real? Words cut deeper than a paper could even do. She doesn't even know what's painful.
"Could you please stop playing the trouble maker here. This is my last warning." I nodded, apologising once again. I didn't like playing one either.
The bell rang as Mi-ra stopped right in front of my desk, being in a horrible looking state. Just like she cried for hours.
"I really don't get why he prefers you over me." Those hateful eyes craved into mine.
"I'd prefer me over you too, if I'm honest." She scoffed with a hint of a frown. "It ended like this because of you." I noticeably started to think. "Are you sure? To me, it seemed more like the problem was you." She's trying to find a reason so badly, when it's literally all because she chose the wrong boyfriend, probably knowing it'd end this way._
"I don't have time today," I commented as he obviously caught up to me while I was heading home. "What is more important than me?" He left me there disgusted for a moment. "Like... anything else." He linked arms. The warmth of his body filled up mine. It was a weird feeling which overflew me, almost so unknown that I wanted it to end.
"If you say so."When entering my room, this guy had still been beside me. "Hm, looks comfy." He invited himself to sit on my bed.
"I never allowed you to do that," I mumbled. "Where else am I supposed to sit?" He asked. "Chair. At the desk. Where else will you be able to teach me?" I signaled him to take a seat beside me. He scooped himself closer as he sat down. "What is this supposed to be?" I judgeful questioned. "Body contact," he simply answered. "And for what is it good?" My eyes looked him up and down, waiting for a reasonably answer, which seemed to be nowhere in sight. "Motivation," he shrugged. "I can't believe you. I knew this was a bad idea." I laid my head on the table, but before I could, he placed his hand underneath it. "Take it away," I told him. "You're gonna hurt your forehead." He placed his cheek into his hand as his elbow supported it on my desk.I straightened my posture, noticing how my hair was all over the place. I was searching for my hair tie around my wrist, until I spotted it laying further on his side. I must've forgotten it this morning. I reached over to grab it, but he didn't even mind moving one bit to make space for me, neither helped. Our faces almost touched and as if this wasn't enough, he also turned his head to face me. My whole body started to tense. That much that I was concerned about my own wellness at these unfamiliar feelings building up.
