"Has he told you yet if he can come? You see, it's today and we would have to take care of one more person." Henry approached me on the hallway. "Ah not yet. I'll make sure to ask him today again, he told me he'll tell me if he can though. And about Akari, I don't think she-" Someone interrupted us. "I'll come," she approached from behind. "Really?" I questioned happily as she nodded, smiling a bit. "Ju-hyeok will be happy," Henry whispered over to me.

"You've thought about it again?" I walked to our class with her. "Yeah well...It might be fun, like you said I should try to open up to other people more too." I laid my arm over her shoulder. "It'll be nice, I promise."

I spotted him chatting with some other guys. I really didn't feel like interrupting, but school was over and it was my last chance. "Excuse me," I quietly spoke. Minho immediately gave all his attention towards me. "Can we talk real quick?"

"About today.. You told me you'll tell me if you ca-" A ringing phone interrupted us. "Wait a moment." He took a few steps back. I stood there confused. It could only be family stuff...or maybe. He turned around, so I took a closer step.

"I've told you I don't want that, mother."
Don't want what?

"I already have plans today."
"No, not that."
"Please, I'll go.. One week later, okay? Just this time."
"Mh, bye." He turned around. I leaned back a bit, since I basically spied on him. "One week later? What?" He put his phone away, switching in between my eyes. "Nothing special. About today.. Count me in." I didn't know if I should be happy after this weird call. He seemed to already have other things planned out than spending time with me. "Are you sure?" He side hugged me. "Of course. I always have time for you." I gave him a side eye while he pulled me with him towards the exit.

"You know, I find it really wholesome that you guys wanna have sleep over. Just like back then." My mom looked at me in 'awe'.
I cleared my throat. "Yeah, well." Very wholesome.. "At which house? You should've done it here. Back then, you also all fitted in here." I was about to laugh. "Mom, they're all nineteen, please." She doesn't know about us inviting some other people too. "Also, we're doing it at Ji-kyoung's. You know how big his house is."

I packed everything together which was necessary and sent the adress to Minho. I felt like it's taking important time of his away somehow.

I didn't dress up. There was no need. I took sweatpants, a top and a sweater jacket to wear over it . But since I'd meet new people, I curled my hair a bit, applying slight make up. Looking into the mirror I was asking myself why this guy would say those things... Am I really that ugly? Should I wear more make up? He has no right to share such unwanted opinion.

I grabbed my shoes and put my back pack over. I said my good bye to my mom. "Should I really not drive you, though?" I shook my head. "He lives in the same neighbourhood, I'll survive the walk." I was thankful of her offer though. These days we seem to somehow get along much better than before. I was never asking for a clingy and too caring mother, but she at least would catch up on me, compliment on achievement and believe in me. That's all I wanted. "Alright. Have fun then."

I reached the house as just in that moment the fourth one of my friends, JJ exited. Well actually his name is Jeong-jun, but we made a nickname out of it. He's usually quiet and doesn't add much to the conversation, yet he's the best basketball player in our group. "Oh, you're here. Wait are you not coming with Minho though?" I shrugged. "I don't know when he will arrive. I've sent him time and address," I explained, but he just casually continued walking. "And where are you going?" I asked. "I forgot my socks at home." I frowned confused. Weird guy.
