"My babyyy," I went down onto my knees. My mom just carefully sat there, watching Soonie sceptical.
"I wasn't informed about it," she mumbled, obviously being scared the cat's gonna damage anything. "Aw, you grew up so much. You look so healthy now." I turned around to Minho. "Thank you so much for taking so good care of her." He gave me a gentle smile. I patted her while she plopped herself onto her back. "Oh you wanna be caressed on the stomach." I did so. "She likes it a lot these days," he said. "Mom, did you know he was gonna come?" I turned towards her. "Well he texted me when he got on the plane," she answered. "Wait..are you staying home, though?", "Uhh, here," he responded. "What? But don't they.." I slowly made eye contact with my mother, causing her to stand up and leave. "Don't they know you're here?" He sat down onto the floor beside me. Soonie switched sides, approaching him. "I didn't tell them. I didn't want to," he quietly laughed to himself. "I just wanna spend my time here with you. That's the only reason why I came." My eyes couldn't find joy behind his words.
He sighed, "however. Get ready, I wanna take you out on a date." I was definitely caught off guard. "What?" I blinked fastly.

He pushed me up stairs. Entering my room, luggage of his caught my eye. "Wait.. you're seriously planning on staying here?" I turned towards him. "Yeah, didn't you believe me?", "how long?" I asked. "Three weeks." A small smile slowly grew upon my face, but I was quick to hide it again. "Hm..wait," I said. "In my bed? How do we fit in there for three continuing weeks?" I frowned, analysing the small space. "I guess we gotta stay close to each other..but that won't be a problem, right?" My heartbeat increased just at the thought of having him that close and cuddle.

"Where are we going? Where are we going? Whe-" He interrupted me. "Are you a kid or what?" I poked the inside of my cheek with my tongue. "Alright..sorry," he apologised. "I forgot you're sensitive." I brought up my hand, "I said I'm sorry", "then why are you provocative me even more, huh?" He only grinned. "Idiot," I mumbled. "Woah, haven't heard you that call me in a while," I scoffed. "Missed it?" He shrugged. "Well, not directly."
A comfortable silence filled the air. "Tomorrow," I started. "Should we go ice skating?" He seemed sort of taken aback by the mention. "Why? You wanna do that?" I bit my upper lip. "I dunno..I've seen couples do that before, I thought maybe," I mumbled. "Sure, let's do it," he fastly agreed. "Yeah?" He nodded. "Yeah." I was taken aback. "Woah." "woah" I glanced at him. "Don't repeat," I pointed at him, which he also returned. "You, don't repeat," I squinted my eyes. "That makes no sense." He giggled, "Right, it doesn't."

"In person it looks even better." My eyes lit up. "You like it?" It was on my to-do list; going with him to a Christmas market.
A big tree full of lights stood in the middle, surrounded by small stands at the sides. Every kind of food you have to try, drinks and small hand crafted stuff. The smell immediately made me hungry. It was quite full, but bearable. It wasn't dark yet, so a lot of people tend to come later.
"A lot," I responded. "Then let's go." His hand reached out to grab mine, only to gently slide it into the pocket of his jacket. Probably in order to keep it warm. Little did he know that he made my heart explode with such things.

"It smells so good," I commented. "Do you wanna eat something?" He suggested. "What do you want?" Minho hummed in a way of thinking. His eyes scanned the place before stopping his steps. "Let's just try everything.. but first I wanna have chocolate strawberries."

"They're good. Have one too." He held the skewer over to me. I placed my hand gently on his to keep it still, so I could bite one off. I slowly chewed, holding up my thumb.
"Here's a lot of decoration," I noticed "right", "my mom really likes stuff like that. Should I get something for her?" I questioned. "Sure. Let's buy her something."

We've tried literally everything you could possibly eat and drink and we were nearly completely full. It was getting dark, but we ended up chatting and laughing a lot about everything which came to our mind.
It was a short period where the snow would actually stay on the floor, before it melted. But I was simply happy that I could to spend such moment with him.
