I'll stay

At this point, I started following the official Instagram account of purity. Especially because it'll be his own soon. Also maybe because of the fact that I didn't want to miss the following photoshooting pictures which will be uploaded today. I'd lie saying I didn't find him completely admiring on those, but I also know that he still isn't willing to do these kind of acts.
I watched the clock with a frown being completely focused onto the last ten seconds, until summer break finally starts.

And...

Done.

Without further consideration I grabbed onto my school back, leaving the room. The teacher was still talking about the last solution, but literally everybody left. I wouldn't have done it if he'd be special, but he only hates kids, and it is shown.. So no respect from the other side either.

"Taerim, it's finally done." Akari streched herself, approaching me. "Yeah, we should celebrate.. Hey, let's go eat something, hm?" She immediately agreed. "Sounds good, I'm dying to get some food." I grabbed onto her hand before heading outside.

It was crowned, almost impossible to get forward... but still I was able to see him out of all people clearly. What is he doing here? Don't tell me he's here because of me? I told him it wouldn't be a good idea if people saw us. He was casually leaning against a wall as some students immediately approached him. He was honestly just looking around, scanning his surroundings. He came because of me, didn't he?

When Minhos eyes met mine, he started to straighten up his posture. The small group around him turned around, probably noticing how his focus wasn't direct onto them anymore. I quickly dragged Akari with me towards the opposite direction. I squeezed my eyes shut at leaving him behind like this. Fine, I am behaving totally emberassing right now.. But if people find out I date him, I'm gonna be stared at for literally making a show as his new enemy in front of the whole school. People are gonna make fun of being naive, and Yeong-su might even notice. Minho's off frame, I still have one year to go.

"Did you run away from him?" Akari mumbled while we ordered. "You noticed Minho?" She let out a scoff. "Come on, Taerim. How do you not notice him? His presence sadly is unavoidable somehow." I raised the corner of my mouth, staring at the table. "I'm just afraid people are gonna come at me for dating him again," I simply explained. She leaned into the chair. "I understand. The situation between you two is pretty complicated somehow. There are just two different worlds you're living in." I nodded in agreement before my phone lit up.

"Weird guy?" She questioned. Yeah, I should maybe change that.. "What? Aren't you gonna pick up?" I pressed my lips together. "What am I gonna say?" She sighed. "What, should I pick up for you?" I gave her a hopeful expression sliding the phone over to her.

"Hello." You could her Akaris heavy exhale. "She's not here right now." No, this is wrong.. no doubt. "Why are you so curious? Can't women use the toilet too?" I never grabbed the phone away faster. Having her do this was definitely not the right way. "Hi," I hesitately spoke. "You came pretty fast from the toilet." I heard him speak. "You, you don't know when I started going." Akari weirdly tilted her head. "Ah..well whatever. Are you free right now?" I blinked several times before a woman brought our food to the table. "Actually not, I'm with Akari." She started to deny her hands, but I just waved her off. "I see.." He turned silent. Why?" I questioned. "Uhm. Just enjoy your meal." I scratched my neck confused. "Is everything alright?", "You saw me earlier?" He suddenly questioned. "Uhh, you?" A small exhale, almost in from of a scoff, escaped him.
"Doesn't matter now. Bye." With that, he kept silent. "Bye?" I held my phone away, seeing him hanging up. "Why did you say you were with me? It could've been important." She almost whined. "I don't think it was, but he do was sounding unusual", "Ugh Taerim, things could possibly get worse now. Signals!" I squinted my eyes at her. "What do you mean?" I asked. "Maybe he wants to.." I know she doesn't want to say it. "Stupid Akari. He would never." She shrugged her shoulders. "Just assuming." I shook my head in denial. "You literally wanted me to date him again since you saw something good in Minho. What? Now not anymore?" She bit her upper lip. "Whatever, let's eat now."
