Three months had gone by. Luka told his parents and they were very excited. He also told Jake and his wife, the day we brought little Bell her gifts, and they were very happy for the both of us. I got to properly meet them as well. And we go there every other Sunday for dinner. I also told the teacher in my classroom and all my students. Everyone was very happy and excited. They would ask everyday how me and the baby were. They'd also ask awkward questions like, "So how did you get a baby in there Miss Miles?" Or "Where would the baby come out of?" Or "Will your stomach pop and the baby will come out?" I never knew how to properly answer all those questions. The teacher would somehow change the subject. I always thanked her for that.

I had gone to the OBGYN and then found out I was only five weeks pregnant at that time. They had me go weekly until eight weeks when they finally detected a heartbeat. I was currently seventeen weeks pregnant. Everything was going very well with the pregnancy. I was no longer throwing up the way I used to. I'd still have moments of nausea and slight dizziness. But the doctor always said it was normal. To continue to stay hydrated and eat healthy. I go once a month.

No one bailed Jacob out. He had a court date that gave him a really big bail amount. And also gave him two years in jail. They said that they didn't have all the proof of him being the reason Paola lost her baby. Paola was devastated. But they placed a restraining order on him so he'd stay away and if he didn't he'd get arrested again. Paola had visited right after that court date to keep her mind off of everything. She stood for about a week before heading back home.

My parents and sisters came for a weekend visit. We went out to eat, went bowling, watched a movie, and had a game night. It was a nice weekend. They also met Luka's parents. Also met Jake and his family. It's nice to have them around.
