Another month had gone by. Lila was ten months old, she had shown signs of wanting to walk, but has not started to just yet. Luka took a week off of work to spend with Lila and I. We did a few fun things with Lila and even had his parents keep Lila for a few hours, so that Luka and I enjoyed alone time as well. It was honestly needed. All until the last night. When we were at the restaurant with Lila and all of a sudden we were interrupted.

"Well, well, well. Look who we have here." That voice. Another person starts to laugh. "The secret little family." They both began to laugh. I did not have the energy for them. Britenney and the other chick. I couldn't remember her name. But I knew they both tried ruining my relationship with Luka when I was at a bad place. And yes I'm doing better than a few months prior, but I was not in any place for them to start anything. Especially that we had Lila with us.

"I suggest you both just turn back from where you've come and leave us alone." Luka sounded very angry. I knew they wouldn't listen though. I knew they wanted him to get out of character. They both began to start laughing really hard. Where people started looking in our direction. "If only you knew the reality that'll hit you soon." They turned around and both walked away. Reality? What? I was so confused on what they meant by that. I was so upset, I lost my appetite. Luka was so upset he just asked for all the food to go, paid and we left home.

The following day, Luka went into the office. I was having my usual day with Lila until my phone started dinging. When I picked it up and unlocked it I had a few texts from a number I did not know. "How does it feel to be a secret?" Another, "To have a rich boyfriend that hides you and your child." Another, "Oh wait, maybe he's just embarrassed to claim you." Another. "And that baby." And the last one. "Oh wait, maybe because he doesn't want you. Since you can't have any more of his children. Right? Ha sucks to be you. He'll never love you. Now get ready to explain to the world." I threw my phone. Explain to the world? Who was this? My mind was on overload. I started sobbing. I heard my phone from a distance but wanted nothing to do with anyone. Yes I knew Luka. I knew he loved me. But words hurt. They tear into you and leave hideous scars.
