New And Improved

3rd POV

Sirens wail as Grimm continue to ravage Beacon. Going to Amity we see Y/N still pinned to the wall. Going in his head we see a load bar pop up. It fills as a start up is then heard. 

Y/N POV

I gasp opening my eyes. The world statics and distorts. What happened? Wasn't I just dead? 

System: "Main system compromised. Please seek immediate repairs."

I look at my hands to still see that woman's arrows through them. I pull my hands dragging the arrow all the way through. I fall onto my feet but fall onto my chest.

System: "Main system compromised. Please seek immediate repairs."

I shakily move my arms, dragging myself away. I get a couple feet when I crash blacking out. I reboot waking back up. It's then I see an Ursa Major hovering over my face. I try to move but nothing's responding. 

It lows staring right into my eyes. Then to my surprise, instead of killing me, it pulls the arrow out of my head. My systems crash again coating the world in darkness. It returns as smoke now fills the sky. 

Y/N: "Gotta... get out... of here."

I shakily pick myself up and limp towards the lab. By the grace of Oum it's still standing. I drag myself through the door falling next to my old body. My systems begin crashing. I ram a cable into a slot behind my ear. The world goes black. 

*timeskip* 

The world returns. Looking around I see my body slumped in front of me.

Y/N: "How long was I out?"

I hover off my charging dock. I then do a quick scan of my body.

Y/N: "Not good. It's done for. Meaning I need a new one."

I replay what happened.

Y/N: "And this time, I'll make sure I never lose ever again."

I focus turning on all the machines. Several robots then come forth placing my body on a table. I look it over.

Y/N: "I made the mistake of not equipping weapons. I won't make the same mistake again."

I scan my body making a copy of its schematics. I then look them over.

Y/N: "Now, time I made some improvements."

I look at the robots. I then send them a list.

Y/N: "You lot head to the weapons room. Find what's on the list I sent you."

They whir leaving. Meanwhile I hijack my computer to tweak the schematics. When I'm finished the door to the lab opens. The robots enter hauling a wagon full of weapons.

Y/N: "Good work."

I reenter my body floating to the table. I then deploy my claws. 

Y/N: "Alright gents. Let's get to it."

*timeskip*

I type on the keyboard making sure everything's in place. When they are I face my body. 

Y/N: "Let's try this again."

One of the robots inserts a cable into a slot on my back. It then sticks the other end into my newly improved body making the world go black. A couple seconds later the world returns. I sit up seeing my old body laying on the ground.

Y/N: "It worked."

I hop off the table picking up my old body. I lay my forehead on it.

Y/N: "Thank you for serving me so well."

I lay it down on the counter. I then look down at my nude body. 

Y/N: "Next order of business. Clothes. If I remember correctly, the lost and found isn't too far from here."

I make my way there. I shift through the clothes until I find a decent enough set.
