Chapter 1

Irene's POV
"Seulgiii!" I ran towards him when I saw him at the backstage.

He smiled when he saw me. "Hi, my woman."

I hugged him when I got close to him. "We won!" I said happily before pulling away.

I really didn't think our comeback song this time would be a hit when we first heard it, so I'm feeling over the moon.

He chuckled, "That's why I'm here to congratulate you. Here." He handed me a violet tulip flower.

I took it and laughed when I saw the words 'For My Woman' written on the stem of the tulip, and at the same time amazed because I didn't know how he could write that there.

"Where's mine, oppa?" Yeri asked when they came to us with one of our managers, Manager Dohwan, who looked feverish. He signaled to me that he would go first, and he left after I nodded to him.

Seulgi looked at Yeri and smiled. "Here's for my turtle. Your birth flower, daffodils flower." Seulgi looked at Joy after Yeri took the flower. "Here's for my chick. Your favorite flower, white aster." Then he looked at Wendy. "And yellow rose for my best friend."

"Thank you, oppa!" Yeri and Joy said as they hugged Seulgi.

"Thanks, Seulgi-ya," Wendy said after the two pulled away from him and then fist-bumped him.

"You're always welcome, ladies," Seulgi said with a smile.

It's been a year since we became friends with Seulgi. It started when he was one of our backup dancers at our concert a year ago.

Our managers told us after the concert that someone tried to take pictures of us secretly in our quick change, but gladly Seulgi saw it and didn't let the guy succeed in what he was doing. He also took the memory card from the camera used by the man and gave it to our managers.

So when we knew that, we went to Seulgi and thanked him for what he did. And after a couple of days that he was with us in our practices and performances, we became close with him, and the rest is history.

And he started giving us flowers when we became friends with him whenever we had a music show, whether we won or not. I can say that he is friendly and quite flirtatious.

At first, I was surprised when he called me 'my woman' for the first time, but I'm used to it now. And even though he is flirty, he's not touchy to us. That's why he is one of the few men I'm comfortable with. And I think we are the ones who were clingy to him.

Seulgi has shoulder-length hair. He is wearing a loose tank top right now, showing his black rose tattoo on his upper left arm and a crown tattoo on his left forearm.

"Oppa!"

We looked in the direction where the voice came from and saw Chaeyeon walking towards us. She is one of the members of the Groovy dance crew under SG Entertainment, where Seulgi is also a member.

"Oh, Chaeyeon. Is Heechul hyung looking for me now?" Seulgi asked, referring to their dance captain or rehearsal director.

Chaeyeon stopped in front of us and looked at me and my members with a polite smile. She bowed to us, and we returned the bow before she looked at Seulgi again. "Yeah. He said he had something to say before we have lunch."

Seulgi nodded and looked at us, "I have to go now, ladies. By the way, you all looked dazzling earlier on stage. And congratulations on winning today. You deserved it. Bye." He waved to us, and we waved back.

"Thanks for the flower, Seulgi," I said and smiled at him.

Seulgi returned the smile and just winked at me in response which made me laugh softly. He looked at Chaeyeon after that, "Let's go?"

Chaeyeon nodded and linked arms with him. Then, she looked at us with a smile. "Congratulations to all of you, unnies. I already expected you to win again, even in your last performance today. And sorry for taking this man to you, unnies."

We laughed at what she said in the latter part and thanked her for congratulating us. After that, Chaeyeon dragged Seulgi away from us.

"They're so cute. I wonder what are their relationship with each other." Joy commented while we were looking at the two retreating backs.

"It's already been three years since they joined the Groovy dance crew, but until now, we still don't know their relationship towards each other," Yeri said and looked at Wendy. "I thought you are best friends with Seulgi oppa, Wendy unnie. Do you know what their relationship is?" Wendy was already friends with Seulgi before we became friends with him.

Wendy looked at us and smiled haughtily. "Of course I do." She said and walked towards the way of our dressing room.

"What is their relationship, unnie?" Joy asked Wendy as she linked her arms to her.

"Secret," Wendy said.

"Unnie~." Joy and Yeri, who also linked arms at Wendy, whined.

I just shook my head and laughed at them while walking behind them.

"What will I get from you if I tell you?" Wendy looked at them.

"I'll massage you, unnie." Wendy looked satisfied when she nodded at what Joy said.

"I'll bake cookies for you, Wendy unnie," Yeri said.

Wendy shook her head instantly at what Yeri said. "Oh. No thanks."

"Ahh, unnie!" Yeri stomped her feet.

Wendy laughed before she stopped on her track which caused the two to stop. They removed their arms to Wendy when she turned around and looked at me. "What about you, unnie? Do you want to know too?"

"If it's not for free, I'll just ask Seulgi. He is also my friend if you don't remember." I shrugged nonchalantly.

"I'll just ask Seulgi oppa too!" Joy said.

"Me too!" Yeri seconded.

Wendy looked at us with her wide eyes in disbelief. "Then why didn't you ask him in the first place?"

"Because we respect his privacy," Joy answered.

Wendy raised her eyebrow. "And now, you're not?"

"We still respect. But if you already know their relationship, it meant that it is okay to ask him about that." Yeri explained.

Wendy laughed and started to walk again. "Okay, you won. I'll tell now."

"Yes!" Yeri and Joy said gaily.

"Seulgi and Chaeyeon dated before," Wendy said, and we gasped in surprise. "Can't you see the crown tattoo on their forearm? That was their couple tattoo, the king and queen crown tattoo. Seulgi said that tattoo meant that it is a great way to show you love each other's personalities and are proud to be taken."

"So sweet," Joy commented.

"Why did they break up?" Yeri asked curiously.

Wendy shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know. When I was about to ask that, he had to leave because they still had practice. And until now, I haven't asked that because I forgot to ask." She laughed after saying that.

"I thought before that it was their group tattoo, and the others have their tattoo in the hidden part of their body," I stated, and my members laughed at that.

"I also want a tattoo with my future boyfriend," Yeri said afterward.

Joy shook her head in disagreement. "That's not a good idea, Yeri. Do you also want to break up with your future boyfriend?"

"Not everyone with a couple tattoo will break up, unnie. And if I break up with my future boyfriend like what happened to Seulgi oppa and Chaeyeon, it's okay if we have a relationship like theirs now."

"You have a point there," Joy said as she nodded.

We entered our dressing room and saw our road managers, manager Dohwan and manager Sunmi. Manager Sunmi went here first because she had a phone call with Manager Ah-ra earlier.

"Go change now, girls. You still have a radio show at 2 pm." Manager Sunmi informed us, and we just nodded at her before we complied.
