Seulgi's POV
It's been a few months since Hae In hyung was publicly announced as the new CEO of YM Entertainment. Some netizens who knew him as Blackvelvet's manager were surprised and, at the same time, confused.

Hyung explained to the press conference that he did that because he wanted to understand even those in the company's lowest-ranking system. Many people admired and praised him for what he did, but not me because I know the real reason why he did that.

Yoo-jin noona became the managing director, Mom became the COO, and I became the executive director the same day hyung became the CEO. But we decided not to announce it to the public because Mom and I would only do it temporarily, and we intend to do it when Joohyuna and Yeji take over from us.

And as for Joohyuna and I's relationship, the public still doesn't know about it. We plan to hide it while she's still an idol so as not to affect her and her members' image.

We know some people will support us, but some people are cruel and will do anything only to break us apart. Even though we know nothing can separate us, we still decided to do it to protect each other, as we said before.

"Seulgi oppa!" Lisa's voice snapped me out of my deep thoughts.

I looked at her in confusion. "What?"

"I've been calling you for a while. We're already here. The others are already outside."

I looked outside and saw Hae In hyung and the other members of Blackvelvet who were looking around. "Oh, I didn't notice. Let's go."

I got out before her because I was near the car door. She was my seatmate, and we were in the back seat while Jennie and Rosé were in the middle. Hyung drove for us while Jisoo was in the passenger seat.

We are now at the entrance of Seoraksan National Park to hike after almost 3 hours of traveling from Seoul. We left before sunrise, so it was still early.

"Are you all ready now, guys?" Hyung asked us after he saw that we were complete now.

"Yes, we are!" Lisa excitedly said.

"Then, let's go. So we don't have to rush to walk." We nodded to what hyung said and started walking with our rucksack.

After a 10-minute walk from the entrance of Seoraksan National Park, passing a giant Buddha statue, several temples, and a few mom & pop restaurants serving snacks and cold beer, we continued walking to Biseondae Rocks while taking pictures. We took around 40 minutes for a 2km walk because we slowed down for the Blackvelvet members. It is a gentle slope, so beginners and all levels of hiking, including children, can hike here.

"Wow. It's beautiful." Jisoo, who was next to me, said in admiration while looking at the cascading blue pools of water, also known as the fairy pools.

"Like you," I said and winked at her when she looked at me.

She laughed when hyung pushed me away from her. "I'll tell Joohyun you're flirting with my girlfriend again, Seulgi." He said while glaring at me.

I shrugged, "I'm just telling the truth."

After that, we went to a restaurant we just passed by, which served great Korean pancakes, to try it.

"Do you want to go to Geumganggul Cave?" I asked while we were eating. "It is about a 45-minute hike past this Biseondae Rocks."

"And I want to let you know that is a leg burner. It is 600 meters from the ground." Hyung said.

"But that's another one of the most incredible sights here. From there, you can see the beautiful view of the Cheonuldong Valley, where you can witness the stream of rocks against the thick and green mountains. " I said.
