Seulgi's POV
"She's here," I announced and stood at the long table when Joohyuna messaged me she was now in front of my grandparents' house.

I told her earlier I would pick her up tonight, but she refused, saying I should just rest because my graduation was this morning.

"Really?! Go fetch her now!" Mom excitedly said.

That's what I'm going to do, Mom. I just nodded at her and excused myself from them.

When I went outside the gate, I saw a car parked in front. And from that, Joohyuna went outside wearing a casual white dress, holding a gift and a handbag.

I immediately grabbed the door and supported her. I smiled when she looked at me. "Hey there, beautiful. Who drove for you?"

She smiled, but she looked nervous. "My brother."

I peeked at the passenger door, and In-hyuk waved his hand at me. "Thank you for driving for your sister. Take care on your way home."

"I will, hyung. Bye."

"Bye," I said and closed the door. I looked at Joohyuna again after In-hyuk left. "Let's go?"

I was surprised when she hit my arm. "Yah! You didn't tell me that I would meet your whole family! I thought it was just your mom, dad, and sister. I'm really nervous right now." She glared at me but still looked nervous.

I chuckled, "I'm sorry. I forgot to tell you. Anyway, you looked dashing tonight. I'm overwhelmed to know that you're my girlfriend." She just rolled her eyes at me, still looking annoyed with me. I smiled at her cuteness. "Let's go? They're waiting for us now."

She took a deep breath before nodding and clung to my arm. "I'm sorry for coming a little late. I just finished a photoshoot with one of the brands I endorse." She said while we were walking inside the gate.

"I understand. I'm happy that you came tonight. I thought you wouldn't make it."

"I mustn't miss my boyfriend's special day, who is now trending again."

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"The Blackvelvet tagged you in their insta story, congratulating you, and their fans have their opinions again because of that. Some insist you're in a relationship with Jisoo because the three called you dad on their post. Their fans linked it to their birthday post on Jisoo's birthday because the three called her mom at that time." She shared with jealousy in her voice.

So, I think my account is exposed now. I started opening it again when Sojin noona made a group chat to send pictures and even videos of our team after we hung out last week when they found out I would quit being a dancer after Blackvelvet's comeback.

"Just let them be. What matters is that we know the truth, and the truth is I'm dating you, not Jisoo."

"That's all I can do." She sighed. "Anyway, your grandparents' house is so big. I didn't know you're family was that rich."

I glanced at her, who was looking outside the house. She doesn't look nervous anymore. "Only my grandparents' house is big. I think my mom's siblings' house is as big as yours, and our house is only half of this house."

"Really? Why?"

"Because apart from the fact that we don't have much money to build a big house, Mom also doesn't want to. She just wanted a simple house. What's important to her is that we live as a happy family and call our house home." I said before we entered the house.

"Oh, I'm with your mom on that."

"Then let's live in my condo after we get married." I joked and laughed.
