Hae In's POV
"Do you want to come with me, girls?" I asked the Blackvelvet members when we got inside the van after their radio show.

"Where?" Lisa answered with a question.

I glanced at them in the rearview mirror while starting to drive away. "I'm going to watch motor racing."

"Oh, I like that!" Lisa said excitedly.

"I don't like that," Rosé said with boredom.

"Come on. Have a blast since this is your last schedule. You'll be free from work until the end of this month." I said, persuading them.

"But we're not a fan of racing, oppa, except Lisa," Jennie said.

"Can't I change your mind?" I asked, hoping.

"Is there a reason you want us to come with you, oppa?" Jisoo asked.

I sighed, "It's just that my cousin is having a hard time right now, so I want to make him happy. He is joining that race. And he is a big fan of yours."

This is the only thing that I think to help him. He doesn't like to help him financially even though I insisted on it before when he told me everything about his family. I still remember how hard it was for him to share to me everything because that was the first time he would say that to someone. I commend him for being an independent man that even his condo unit where he lives right now doesn't want him to accept when our grandparents gave it to him after he forgave them.

He forgave them three years ago when he started his career as a backup dancer. Our grandparents offered a condo for him because he used to drive every day from their house to SG Entertainment and vice versa for two hours. And even though it was very tiring for him, he couldn't rent an apartment because it was so expensive. He just accepted the condo after Auntie persuaded him because Auntie was worried about him.

"Okay. Let's go then." I snapped out of my thoughts when I heard Jisoo's voice.

"Are you a fan of racing now, unnie?" Rosé asked Jisoo.

"I just want to watch it. I think it will be fun, but of course, I still don't want to ride one. And it's a privilege to make our fans happy."

"You're right, unnie," Lisa said while nodding happily. She seemed very eager to watch the race.

After an hour, we arrived at the race track and went to the place where we could watch the race. The riders are already on their motor and waiting for the signal to start the race.

"Where is your cousin, oppa?" Jennie asked curiously.

"There. From number seven on the line. The color of his motor is gray with red." I answered while pointing to the motor.

"Oh, that. Okay." Jennie said as she nodded.

Lisa got excited when the race started. "Oh. They're so fast!" She exclaimed.

"Where is your cousin now, oppa?" Jennie asked in confusion.

"He's now in third place." Jennie nodded to my answer.

Seulgi started to drive faster when they were near the finish line. And after a while, he is already ahead of his opponent and the first one who arrived at the finish line.

"Let's go, girls. Let's congratulate him." I said and led the way to where the racers are now.

It's not a problem if others see them here because they don't have anyone here except me, their manager. But I still told them to wear a cap and mask.

When we went there, I saw the other racer already leaving. But Seulgi and the one who handled the money are still there and talking to each other.

"Okay. See you tomorrow night again, dude." The guy said, and they waved to each other before that guy left.

"Seulgi," I called Seulgi when he was about to ride on his motor.

Seulgi turned around with his helmet on. But I saw how his eyes widened when he saw the girl group because his helmet visor was up. He immediately removed his helmet when we were in front of him and looked at the girls dumbfounded. He really is their fan because he still recognized the Blackvelvet members even though they were in disguise.

"I... That... Uhmm... Ahh... I don't know what to say." Seulgi said and shyly scratched his head afterward.

I chuckled at his reaction. I went to Seulgi and tapped his shoulder before I looked to the girls who had already taken their masks off when no one was around now other than us. "Girls, this is my cousin, Kang Seulgi. And Seulgi, I know you already knew them."

Seulgi bowed to them, and they returned it to him. "I know you're more beautiful in person, but I didn't know you're more beautiful in closeup." He said with amazement on his face.

"Yah. They might think you're a pervert because of your stare." I whispered to him, but I think the girls heard it because they laughed after I said that.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I can't just take my eyes off of them. Especially to Miss Jisoo." He covered his mouth and looked surprised at what he said. "I'm sorry." He bowed to Jisoo, who just laughed at him. "I didn't mean to sound like a pervert."

"Yah. Stop being garrulous." I said. He's acting weird right now, even though he's not drunk.

"It's your fault. You didn't tell me that you would go here with them. I feel like I'm an idiot right now, and it's because of you." Seulgi hissed.

"You're really an idiot, Seulgi," I said.

Seulgi glared at what I said but smiled at Jisoo when she spoke. "Congratulations on winning. Uhmm, is it okay to be your friend?"

Oh, that was fast. Seulgi nodded immediately, "It's my honor to be your friend."

Jisoo smiled, "So, how can I call you? Are you older than me, or I'm older than you?"

"He is older than you all, girls," I answered for Seulgi.

"Okay. We will call you Seulgi oppa then. Right, girls?" The other girls nodded at what Jisoo said. They believed it was always right if Jisoo said so. I saw Seulgi bite his lips to prevent himself from smiling like an idiot, but happiness was still visible on his face.

"You were really amazing earlier, Seulgi oppa. Can you teach me how to drive a motor?" Lisa asked.

Seulgi smiled at Lisa. "Thank you. And if it is possible for you to drive a motor, why not." He said and shrugged.

"No, she can't. She doesn't have a license." I said.

"Ahh oppa~," Lisa whined.

"No, Lisa. Do you want the agency to scold us?" Lisa pouted at what I said. "Let's go. I'll treat you tonight. Let's celebrate Seulgi's win."

"Oh. You don't have to, hyung. They might be tired right now." Seulgi refused.

"No. It's okay, Seulgi oppa. We don't have a schedule for tomorrow. And Hae In oppa rarely treats us, so we need to grab this opportunity." Jennie said with a smile.

Rosé nodded quickly, "I agreed. And eating is not tiring for us."

Seulgi chuckled. "Okay. Let's use all his money, then."

"I like that idea. Let's go!" Jisoo said excitedly.

"Wait. Can I ride to Seulgi oppa's motor?" Lisa asked.

"Oh. I want to, but I don't have an extra helmet. Next time, I will bring one." Seulgi oppa said.

"And you can't because someone might recognize you," I added.

"Oppa, I noticed that you've been saying no to me since earlier," Lisa said to me with a frown.

"I just want to protect your image, Lisa," I said and messed her hair.

"By the way, hyung, where are we going to eat?" Seulgi asked.

"Do you know a place that is safe to go?" I asked back.

Seulgi thought for a while before he answered. "Oh, I have in mind. It's safe there. I went there twice with Mom and my sister back then."

I nodded, "Okay. Let's go there."
