Wendy's POV
We were walking towards the dining area when we saw Seulgi and Irene unnie carrying the bowl of what we cooked on the way to the dining table.

Irene unnie looked at me after she put down the food. "Yah. Why took you so long?"

"Sorry. I was entertained by what they were watching." I answered and gave her a beautiful smile.

Honestly, I intentionally do that so they can talk just the two of them. And I noticed that unnie's face was a bit brightened compared to earlier.

Unnie shook her head at what I said. "Come on, let's prepare the tableware." She looked at Yeri and Joy. "Follow us, you two."

"Okay, unnie." The two said.

"Just sit there, Seulgi." Irene unnie said when Seulgi was about to follow us.

Seulgi sighed in defeat. "Alright."

I just laughed silently at their interaction. After a while, I returned to the dining area with plates on my hands.

"I thought you only had one plate, Seulgi," I stated and put the plates on the table.

"It's just two back then, for me and Yeji, but I decided to buy more when Yeji's members went here."

I looked behind me to see if the others were here, and when I made sure they were still in the kitchen, I looked at Seulgi again. "Do Yeji's members know your relationship?"

Seulgi nodded, "I was the one who drove for Yeji when she was a trainee, and they saw me a couple of times. So they asked Yeji about me, and she told them the truth because they are her friends." I just nodded at his answer.

"Oh. Is she the one you are referring to, oppa? Your best friend you told about our relationship?" Yeji chimed in.

Seulgi nodded, "Yes. She is."

We stopped talking about that topic when the three arrived. "Let's eat." Irene unnie said after we settled on the table. We nodded and started to eat.

We were silently eating when Yeri broke the ice. "Oppa, can you tell us what happened to you?"

"He got beaten up, Yeri-ya," Joy answered.

Yeri rolled her eyes, "What I mean is in detail."

Seulgi swallowed his food before speaking, "I decided to go here that morning after your performance to sleep before our practice that afternoon, but ten people blocked my way before I could go to the elevator. I was planning to run away because I knew I couldn't win over them, but someone covered my face with fabric. They also tied my hands and feet before they beat me up until I was lying on the ground and coughing blood."

"They're cruel. Why did they do that?" I asked in disbelief.

"One of them told me that that's just a warning. I don't know what that's for."

"Is someone mad at you?" I asked curiously.

"I don't know. But I don't remember fighting with anyone."

I sighed, "They're crazy. They should at least clear it to you."

"Anyway, I'm curious, oppa. How did you get to the hospital?" Joy asked.

"It's because of her." Seulgi pointed at Yeji. "She called me after those guys left me. And luckily, they tied my hands in front so I could take my phone out of my pocket. Anyway..." Seulgi looked at Yeji. "Why did you call me that time?"

Yeji shrugged, "I don't know too. There was just something inside me that urged me to call you that time." Maybe because they are siblings, so she felt that.
