MICHEALA :

- after the incident with evie, she wasn't huge on driving late at night, so the two of you settled for late night walks
- she always ends up cold but never wants to bring a jacket, so she eventually ends up stealing yours
- nights like those are the ones where she really opens herself up and rambles about anything and everything on her mind. sometimes it results to laughter and smiles, other times it results to some sadness and tears. either way, you're happy she's talking about how she feels

BEN :

- he knows how much you love them, but only saves them for 'special occasions' because he "hates wasting gas money"
- he'll drive around, letting you pick whatever music you want while trying to find something to eat that's still open
- he ends up running into the gas station with you, picking out some snacks and eating them in the parking lot together, laughing and smiling over all sorts of conversations and memories
- the two of you people watch all the weird people at the gas station, making all sorts of comments and jokes together from the car

JARED :

- he loves taking late night drives out to get ice cream
- "you better not buy coffee again! it's like going out with my grandma." you say, laughing.
- "you know it." he replies, holding your hand on the center console.
- he ends up with ice cream all over his face, every time without fail and you have to wipe it off with a napkin
- he always tries to pull the "my ice cream smells weird" and shoves it into your face

ZEKE :

- late night drives are one of his all time favorite things
- the two of you could either talk the entire ride, or sit in a comfortable silence, and it would be perfectly fine either way
- over the years you'd been with him, he started to fall in love with not only you, but your music taste as well and always knows to hand you the aux cord
- he always makes sure to keep the sunroof open, falling in love back under the stars as he would say
- he can't stop smiling as he watches you sing and dance around in the passenger seat, thinking how lucky he is that your his partner

CAL :

- when he fell into remission, one of the only things he liked doing and that cheered him up was taking late night drives with you
- even though it's not the healthiest, he begs to stop at mcdonald's for some fries and an ice cream cone
- the two of you take turns picking songs, usually picking the ones the two of you listened to together growing up, practically driving grace crazy with how often she heard them
- he holds your hand the entire ride, not wanting to let go

EAGAN :

- it took a bit of convincing, but once you started driving, he absolutely loved it
- he held one hand on the wheel and the other slid up and down your thigh as you sat in the passenger seat
- "cmon, we have to listen to this?" he says. he secretly loves the music but would never admit it to you
- he stops at a 7/11 specifically because he was craving a slurpee, both of you coming out with blue and red tounges

TJ :

- late night drives with you were always the one thing to take his mind off of everything, to just live in the moment and enjoy life sitting by your side
- he plugs his phone into aux, turning on his playlist
- his playlist had become filled of your favorite songs, because hearing them reminded him of you and that was the best thing any song could give him
- he loves to stop at waffle house at midnight, having coffee and waffles with way too much syrup on them

OLIVE :

- she takes control of the radio as soon as she gets in the car
- she knows her way around the entire city, so she's giving you directions to nowhere in particular
- the two of you decide to drive and see where the road takes you, ending up at a beautiful park overlooking the water in manhattan
- some street lights were on as the two of you looked out, admiring the view of the gorgeous city you were grateful to live in

SAANVI :

- taking late night drives is a big distraction from her work, so she loves taking them with you when she gets too overwhelmed
- she knows the best spots in the city to drive out to at night, looking up at the constellations in the grass together
- "right there, the big dipper. my dad always showed me that one as a kid." she says, pointing out the stars as she laid down next to you, heads in the grass on a lawn of some random city park.
