Blisk had slid into a combat stance, this had confused Toshinori because he could not reconize any threats. The only potential threat was Melissa, his god daughter. It took a second but Toshinori told Blisk to relax since that was his god daughter, Melissa Shield. Blisk had listened and visibly relaxed however there was still tension present.
With a hop and a bounce the mysterious girl had arrived to greet the two visitors, that was all good until she recognized who the man in the black military uniform was. Melissa was exited to see that the most influential man in the world was right Infront of her, so she decided to introduce herself.
Melissa's POV:
I can't wait to see who our mystery guests are, I hope they are fun. Oh what's that? Is that uncle Toshinori? who is the other man? Wait, Black military outfit, Exosuit, Helmet with a red light, and a ram skull patch. There is only one man who dresses like that, that must be Blisk.
Wait, Dad never told me about Blisk being here! what am I suppose to do? What if I do something wrong? I'm almost there so I better introduce myself.
Ahem, Hello, I am Melissa shield and I must say that it is very nice to see you Blisk, You to uncle Toshi.
Normal POV:
Blisk was confused before his brain finally caught up, Blisk decided that the young lady was nice enough and he decided to retract his gloves for a hand shake. That was when Melissa's attention was caught by the gloves because they don't just retract into an outfit unless it was super high tech. That was the moment when Blisk grabbed Melissa's hand. Blisk had a feeling before but now it was confirmed, Melissa was in fact quirkless, In light of the situation Blisk had decided to ask what quirk she wanted. Understandably she was confused, after all how did a stranger know she was quirkless?
Melissa was in shock so she answered robotically with "a well rounded quirk" this had surprised Blisk but he decided to grant her wish, He had copied the ability to change probability and decided to give Melissa a weaker version.
Out of nowhere a loud grunt of pain came from Melissa, Toshinori was worried so he had told Blisk to let her go only to find that the young man wouldn't let go, before Toshinori could do anything else though, Melissa had pulled away and fell to the ground with some heavy breathing. Toshinori had yelled at Blisk demanding to know what he did only for Blisk to point at Melissa.
After Melissa stood up she asked what Blisk had done to her only for him to laugh and say he gave her a quirk, And Melissa just starred at him and said only two people in the world can do that and he wasn't one of them. This made Blisk start laughing before he calmed down and simply said " Oh you mean Toshinori and my father here?"
Melissa was in shock, Not only was her uncle here but so was his arch enemy and his apparent son. And that son not only is more powerful then his father but he convinced the two to stop fighting? Melissa had decided to call a limo instead and soon after it arrived she fainted.
It had been a few hours since Melissa fainted however her father, David Shield had expected this but not for the reasons she did. He expected excitement to make her faint, not absolute dread. But he could not be mad because now his little girl had a quirk and it was all thanks to the man named Blisk. The god among men as many would call him.
The question is how much punishment can the so called god among men handle?
