It has been a day since Himiko Toga was brought into the fold of the Apex Predators, What interested Himiko was the fact that Izuku had told her about him being able to git rid of and or cure her quirk. Izuku had told Himiko that he would be in his science wing and to tell him if she needed anything.
Izuku was a very smart person, The creation of AL-3N proves it. However this is going to be put to the test with his next scheme, artificial quirks. Imposable, to the normal person that is. You see Izuku has this idea thanks to All For One, The older version of Izuku was able to get good theories about it but he started his research to late. Izuku can't get a hold of the older him, what he does know is that artificial quirks were being researched by All For One during the "Time Shift" if Izuku can complete the research in this time line.
It was a complex theory but what if the glove didn't go back or forward in time but instead, Alternate time lines. all the information needed is there, it just needs to be fixed and cleaned. Izuku had gotten the information about the Nomu's however the problem is that in order to perform the tests needed he is going to need a lot more energy then is available.
The Arc, it has taken some time but Izuku found it. It's original plan was for a space folding weapon capable of wiping solar systems. Izuku also needs to find where All For One is, Until then Izuku wanted to bring back his "Quirk Identification Program" with years of research under his belt he decided to reinforce the projects. Sentient quirks have been studied a bit more thanks to the R&D team that Al-3N made.
Izuku has taken a interest in techno related quirks, the difference is that sentient quirks are complicated and not as useful. artificial quirks are able to be implanted into clones that Izuku had made in order for testing, while Izuku can change his genome it often comes at a cost.
If Izuku could combine multiple Technomancy quirks then he could create an ultimate robot if he found the right genetic sequence for the quirk to work. if not then it would result in a failure. There are multiple quirk maps that Izuku could use as a base however he needs to scan some one to acquire the correct sequence.
Attempt One: was a quirk scan of Inko Midoriya, test concluded as a success and quirk can be replicated with ease.
Attempt Two: was a quirk scan of Eri, test concluded as a success and needs further testing under strict super vision, can be replicated after a few minutes.
Attempt Three: quirk scan of Himiko Toga, test was inconclusive. further testing needed to replicate.
After Multiple year Izuku was able to start his project, however AL-3N has been doing the quirk research in secret. when this was revealed Izuku had gone through the catalogue and found every complete quirk, Five-hundred-seventy-three quirks were complete and ready while the rest remained being worked on.
There was a quirk that interested Izuku the most, Surge. Surge was a very useful quirk as it didn't just affect one thing but instead it affected up to twenty, It also could affect mechanical and biological being such as humans. But what did it do?
Well to start with it was like adrenalin mixed with instant healing and a boosting factor such as a two times multiplier for strength or speed. The draw back was it took an insane amount of stamina to use for mere minutes. The effect of machines was simple, a vast increase in efficiency and strength, speed, and durability.
Izuku wanted to test three quirks together but it ended up failing due to the amount of stress, making better machines was easy but synthetics were much harder. Izuku knew he would need the genetic make up of All For One, but to do that he would need to meet him face to face.
But first the Arc, Izuku was able to locate it and found out it is five-hundred meters below the surface. He would need a big operation to get to it unnoticed however he decided to create a special Titan just for the occasion.
*Under Miner*
Under Miner is a medium class titan with a light arsenal, Literally. With the help of a miniature white sun and energy field, it proved to be the perfect power source for this Titan, The white sun produces pure light energy which can cut right through rock and dirt like nothing. The Under Miner also has a custom gravity manipulator in each of its hands proving useful for gathering large chunks of earth to disintegrate.
It was an Under-taking but it proved valuable in expanding underground. With enough experience a single person could build a city within a few days. Izuku also had plans for future Titans such as Northstar, and Neptune.
Izuku had gotten to the Arc using Under-Miner however he found more then he bargained for.
