New Home

"There is only one other person in this neighborhood that is a wizard and you'll find out who they are soon enough."

This was it.

I'm going to my new "home" today.

One of the aurors, Podmore, apparated with my stuff.

The second auror, Kingsly, was going to apparate me there.

I gave Uncle Moony a big hug and cried into his shoulder.

"I...I'm g-going to miss you Uncle Moony."

I say inbetween sobs.

"It'll be alright. I promise."

I nod and let go.

Kingsley grabs my shoulder with his hand and leads me outside the house.

I turn around to look at Lupin Cottage for the last time in a while.

Kingsley interupted the silence.

"Hold onto my arm tightly Miss. Black."

He heald out his arm.

I grabbed it and felt my feet leave the ground.

I felt tight and enclosed and I felt like I was about to suffocate.

But before I could, my feet hit the ground and I drew in a breath of air.

Kingsley was basiclly holding all of my weight.

"First time apparating?" He asked.

"Yeah"

"You did good, most people throw up the first time."

"Hmm. I wonder why." I said sarcasticly.

"The house is a block down from here. Take this."

He handed me a piece of paper.

I looked at it.

I looked back up at Kingsley only to find no one there.

I look around myself to see if he just walked off a little but didn't see him anywhere.

I sighed and folded the piece of paper and put it in my pocket.

I began to walk in the direction Kingsley had pointed.

I walked for almost 10 minutes before I ended up in a neighborhood.

All of the houses looked similar.

I saw house 1 on the right.

I walked past houses 1 and 2 'till I reached number three.

I examined the home.

From the outside, you couldn't tell it housed 2 wizards, soon to be three.

I let out a breath of air and walked to the front door.

I pushed the door bell and waited.

A kind, young looking woman with blond hair and brown eyes opened the door.

She looked as though she could be in her mid thirties.
