Usually my goal is to improve myself and my situations. Sometimes my goals are more concrete and sometimes my goals are broad. These are the goals I had initially set for myself when I started writing this book:
1) Following my heart with the connections I make with new people I meet, with everyday life, and with trying new things.
2) Healing burnout and resting.
3) Using writing as a way to be more productive and accomplish my goals.
4) Spending more time being a kid and getting back into hobbies I used to enjoy.
5) Fasting and getting rid of distractions.
6) Decluttering my physical and virtual spaces, and lastly...
7) Reading more articles and books, listening to more podcasts, and watching more videos that continue to give me valuable lessons about life. Most of my goals involve me slowing down and resetting myself, which is something that I've been craving to do. I've been wanting to declutter and clear out my physical and mental space. My goals also involve me spending more time just learning and growing. I want to create through writing and digital graphics, which is something I'm pretty good at. And I truthfully just want a peaceful secure life where I'm not chasing for the next thing. I just want to live and be. And I think most people want their life to be just that.
I already found opportunities I feel confident about. And I'm willing to approach the application process differently by actually sending messages and emails to recruiters and people involved in the process. At this point I have to just act according to my intuition and curiosity and just let God do the rest. I have to go about it as if it has already been done. And I have to prepare for my life being different than it is now.
