Intellectual wellness. What do you want to learn?
I've been frustrated because I've been wanting to use my brain and learn but I don't even know how I would want to do it. Right now I'm watching about show that inspired me to have this conversation with you, and I've been learning so much from it. The way I learn is different than a school or a textbook.
A lot of the times, you don't know what it is you need to learn until you learn it and find out that you actual need it in the future. You'll learn some things you'll never use again, and you'll learn other things that you use frequently. Either knowledge is good knowledge, as long as it's truthful and can be passed down to others.
So it matters less what I'm learning, and it matters more if I'm sharing what it is I'm learning with others to make them better. That's how any intellectual conversation starts. I bring in an idea and dispute with others. It doesn't have to be something technical. It can literally be anything, but I have to be interested enough to want to not only learn about but want to share it with others.
Is there anything you want others to learn?
Just tell the truth to yourself. Feel your feelings, tell someone if they are bothering you, tell someone if you really like them. It makes things a lot easier when you are truthful and aren't hiding.
Very good. Mom?
I already mentioned mom, and when it comes to my sister, it would be easy to bring up ideas on what we can do together to spent more time together. I can talk about friends though.
