Spiritual Wellness
Purpose Statement: My purpose is to love God and serve others, living life according to His word.
Envisioned Future: I experience a deep sense of inner peace and connection with God. I have a clear sense of purpose and direction in my life, and God guides my actions and decisions with wisdom and compassion.
Current Reality:
I experience occasional inner turmoil or lack of peace sometimes, especially when thinking about my future.
I don't have a clear sense of purpose.
I'm not regular Bible studying.Specific Commitments:
Spend 5-10 minutes each morning or evening in quiet reflection or meditation with God.
Start reading one Bible verse or passage each day (morning or evening).Emotional Wellness
Purpose Statement: My purpose is to feel my emotions and be self-compassionate, showing myself kindness and learning from my feelings. My purpose is to also express these emotions in a healthy way so that I can have better relationships with others.
Envisioned Future: I am emotionally resilient, able to navigate life's ups and downs with grace and balance. I have a strong awareness of my emotions and effectively manage stress through healthy coping mechanisms. My emotional intelligence allows me to form deep and meaningful connections with others, fostering a sense of belonging and support.
Current Reality:
I am not currently depressed but sometimes my emotional resilience is tested during stressful situations.
I am emotionally aware but sometimes have a hard time pinpointing what is it I'm feeling.
I struggle to express my emotions openly out of fear of rejection.Specific Commitments:
Take a few moments a day to label emotions and journal them out.
When stressed, practice a quick stress-relief technique daily, such as deep breathing exercises or a short walk.
Practicing sharing more openly in increments with people you trust.Physical Wellness
Purpose Statement: My purpose is to take care of my body, by sleeping, exercising, and eating healthy so that I can be there for others.
Envisioned Future: I am strong, possessing vibrant health and good fitness. My energy levels are consistently high, allowing me to tackle daily challenges with ease and enthusiasm. I maintain a balanced diet, get regular exercise three or more times a week, and get sufficient rest.
Current Reality:
I am not too strong right now and need to improve lean muscle mass.
I don't have a workout routine, but I do walk on the weekends but it's not super intense.
I eat whatever my mom cooks or buys. Sometimes it's healthy and sometimes it's not.
Sometimes I have high energy days and sometimes I have low energy days, depending on my mood and how I'm feeling.
I sleep consistently but wish I could get a few more hours.Specific Commitments:
Incorporate a 5 minutes stretching routine in the morning after waking up.
Start with a simple workout routine 10-15 minutes of bodyweight exercises three times a week.Intellectual Wellness
Purpose Statement: My purpose is to fill my mind with knowledge and share it with those around me. My purpose is to also use this knowledge and apply it to my life so that I make better decisions.
Envisioned Future: My mind is sharp and curious, constantly seeking new knowledge and understanding. I engage in lifelong learning through reading, education, and exploring new interests. My creativity and critical thinking skills are highly developed, enabling me to solve problems and innovate in various aspects of my life.
Current Reality:
I've been currently seeking new knowledge in the personal and professional development category.
I've been reading at least two books a month.
I am not engaged intellectually at work unless I'm doing a training (which are not the most frequent) and I could be using my creativity and critical thinking skills more often.
I'm currently not attending a school or a coaching/mentoring program.
