TW: This is a MFF story, which means spice with Bucky, Y/n, and Nat. If this isn't your thing, please skip.

You paced your room and chewed on your nail as you waited for Bucky. You were finally ready to tell him your secret and you were scared he wouldn't be able to accept you after he found out what you had been hiding. Bucky was old school. He believed in opening the door for you, pulling out your chair, calling you doll or sweetheart. You weren't sure how he would take your confession, but the two of you had been dating for over a year. It was time you told him the truth. Your breath caught in your lungs and your heart hammered in your chest when you heard the door knob turn and you saw Bucky saunter into your room.

"Hey, doll. FRIDAY said you wanted to see me." Bucky's eyes held a hint of worry, but he was trying to mask it with a soft smile.

"Uh, y-yeah. I need to talk to you a-about something."

The smile slipped from his face and he grabbed your hand in his.

"Is everything okay? Are you okay?" He asked, eyes scanning you from head to toe.

"Yeah, I–I'm fine. I just need to tell you something...about me...a-and I'm not sure how you're going to take it. We've been dating for a while and I think it's time I tell you."

"Doll, you're scaring me." He said.

You pulled your hand from his and sunk down onto the end of your bed. Bucky followed you and watched as you sucked in a deep breath then slowly released the air.

"Are you breaking up with me?" He asked softly.

"What?! No! I love you, Bucky." Tears sprang to your eyes and you couldn't look at him any longer. "That's why this is so hard for me. I'm afraid you'll look at me differently after I tell you what I've been hiding and that–that you won't want me anymore."

Your voice was barely a whisper, but you knew he heard every word you had said. Bucky grabbed your hand in his again and tilted your chin up with the index finger of his other hand.

"Y/n, there is nothing you could say that would make me not want you."

With a shaky breath and tears rolling down your cheeks you finally whispered out the one secret you had been hiding from him.

"I'm bisexual, Bucky. I-I like men...and women."

Bucky stared at you blankly and you felt your heart stop. He was going to reject you just like you feared and there was nothing you could do to stop him.

"Okay? Is that it?" Bucky asked.

"Y-yeah. It's okay if you want to break up with me." You said sadly.

Bucky's fingers moved along your jawline until he was caressing your cheek. A small smile parted his lips and then he leaned in to kiss you. The gentleness of his kiss surprised you, but as soon as you realized he wasn't rejecting you, you melted into him. He pulled back and grabbed your face in his hands, locking eyes with you.

"I love you, Y/n. I will always love you. No matter what. I don't care if you're bi. You're my doll and I love you for who you are." He said.

"R-really?" You stuttered out through a sob.

"Yes, sweetheart. You're mine and I'm yours. Nothing is going to change that."

His soft voice and loving words wrapped around you and sent relief coursing through your body. You threw your arms around him and crawled into his lap to mold your body against his.

"I love you so much, Bucky. Thank you for loving me for who I am." You whispered.

"Always, doll." His hand rubbed over your back as he held you close. "Are you ready to head down to Tony's party now?"
