When I woke up, Deuce had not sent me a message. I tried to call him again when worries began to creep in, but the calls went to voicemail. Whatever my current feelings, though, I still need to work on myself and get ready for work.

Malik is the first officer on the aircraft, and what even stunned me was that Angelo is also here as an intern. I busied myself at work and just hoped that Deuce would let me know or send me an update.

Angelo is permitted to watch the entire flying process as well as Malik's duties on the flight deck. So basically, Malik must now mentor Angelo or provide ideas to him. He is also among the men who will train him as he progress through having commercial pilot license.

He keeps on asking questions about me everytime he gets, i told him about my new friend group here and that i am already taken.

"Hindi kami ni Malik, Angelo."

"So there's another guy? But it'll be very weird if you're in a relationship with my trainer. It'll be harder for me to continue what we used to have,"

I'm in complete disbelief at what he said. Angelo, do you want to carry on with us now? The what? My past feelings for him that were not returned? Also, it's best if the person I'm seeing isn't Malik because it will be more difficult for him to win my heart again.

"Actually maraming lalake! At anong sinasabi mo ha? Wag ka ngang baliw, Angelo!"

He smirked. "So what you have said before is true then? That you are going to date a pilot? Sino nga ba kasi iyan baka mas gwapo pa ako diyan?"

Agad ko siyang sinapak pero tinawanan niya lang ako. Malik thought that because we had just arrived in Taiwan, we should go out to eat somewhere nearby.

Malik is perhaps even more friendly to Angelo now that he is aware of our friendship in the Philippines and has welcomed him into the group.

"Bweset ka!"

"Crush pa naman kita! Sus! Baka mas magaling pa ako na boyfriend diyan sa boyfriend mo? Pinoy din ba?"

Inirapan ko siya. "Gwapo ang boyfriend ko no! Italian! Ang ganda ng katawan masarap pa! Kaya tigilan mo ko diyan sa pa cute mo!"

"Sus! Kilig ka lang dahil alam mo na na crush kita dati pa. At anong masarap? Masarap din naman ako ah? Bakit di mo subukan? Takot ka?"

"Tigilan mo ko at baka di na kita matantya gago ka!"

I was really angrier when he started laughing at me. Malik arrived with the meal he had ordered for us, but he doesn't quite understand why we are laughing so much and being so loud.

"Italian? Aba di hamak na mas masarap ang pinoy, Av. Mas magaling at—"

"Shut up, Angelo!" inis kong tinapon sa kaniya ang box ng tissue na nasa lamesa. Why does he constantly putting images of himself in bed, nude? I don't want to imagine anything filthy or repulsive about him. If he plans to stay here for a while, I want us to be friendly and civil rather than harboring bitterness toward one another.

"What is happening here?" gulong gulo na tanong ni Malik.

Umiling naman si Angelo. "Nothing...just Av having varieties of cuisines, italian...filipino, you know sort of stuff,"

Halos mamula ako dahil sa sinabi ni Angelo kay Malik. Hawak hawak ko pa naman ang baso baka matapon ko to sa gagong to.

"Oh, yeah you can try anything you want here," my friend nodded innocently.

"Av's boyfriend is also working in the same company?"

Hindi inasahan ni Malik na magtatanong si Angelo tungkol doon. Agad kong sinipa ang paa ni Angelo sa ilalim ng mesa sa sobrang inis.
